Depends on what I'm doing that day/week.

I typically only wash my hair twice a week, unless I'm going out somewhere special on an "off day" then I will wash it.

Usually every other day during the summer and up to every three days during the winter. I'll wash if it gets particularly greasy and sweaty during the day or after I go to swimming regardless of where I am in my washing cycle.

Usually every other day I'll do a full shampoo and conditioning. Sometimes in the winter I'll just add a dab of conditioner between washed just to tone down the frizzing between shampooing.

I shower every day, shampoo once a week, and condition on shampoo day as well as once or twice in between. Sometimes more in winter.

My hair is curly...the more I wash it, the worse it looks. It turns into a fizzy disaster and I feel like Mrs. Crabtree from South Park minus the birds in my hair. LOL So, I truly wash it with shampoo once a week. I use a "low Poo" shampoo for curly hair. http://www.mydevacurl.com/products/cleanse/devacare_low_poo Once my hair got used to low poo hair and the once a week washing, my scalp stopped pumping out oil. So, my hair doesn't get greasy despite my washing it less. If I need to reset the curls or if I have been outside in the dust/pollen/whatever...I just rinse with conditioner only.

I started this curly hair care stuff this past year after I switched hairstylists...I now see my Agility BFF's partner. She was the one to pointed out that my hair wasn't frizzy but curly and I wasn't caring for it correctly. At some point in my 30's, my hair went from wavy to more curl and I didn't really realize it. My old hairstylist, just had me blow it out straight which took forever and was a pain. I wouldn't ever go back to the way I used to wash my hair every other day now that I can see how low poo shampoo and less frequent washings seriously reduces the frizz I had going on.

I wash my hair every 2-3 days with shampoo and conditioner. By day 3, I can usually tell it needs to be washed.

Once or twice weekly depending on activities.

I wash with castile soap diluted with water and things like essential oils added and then rinse with a rinse made by Dr. Bronner.

Every other day-ish. Sometimes I'm able to skip an extra day here or there, if I'm just throwing it up in a messy bun or something.

I went a month without washing this last time. It's usually 2+ weeks. I conditioner wash if I think it smells, but CO washing made my hair FALL OUT and I've just finally curbed the shedding. It was clumps. And clumps. Handfuls. Hundreds of hairs a day.

When I washed it, OMFG FRIZZ. I slathered it in oil and it hasn't helped.

Every 3 days, usually. It could be more if I'm sweating a lot or if my hair just generally feels like it needs washed.

I used to wash every single day, but I've switched to shampoo bars, ACV rinses, oiling, etc and I just don't need to as much. Which awesome ;) LOL. Especially since I'm growing it out and it takes so long to do it (and especially dry). If/when could stretch it longer I do!

Every day or every other day depending. My hair gets oily feeling pretty quickly plus working with dogs can get gross.

Depends on what is going on. I can go 3 days without doing anything to my hair. Down the first day, headband second day, ponytail third. I can CO wash 3-4 times inbetween, varying degrees of harshness with CO, of course. Often I will use a harsher conditioner on my roots to get rid of the oil and then a heavy one to actually like...condition.

Other times I will shampoo 3 times a week, though. Or everyday. Depends on my mood. And condition of my hair. And last time I dyed it. If it is fresh, IT WILL NOT BE WASHED. I LIKE RED. NOT ORANGE. But I give up once it is orange.

Every other day/every third day. I'll probably wash it more now that it's summer because I swim every day possible in the summer. My hair is super oily on top so I try to wash it before it gets too bad. I use cocoa powder as a dry shampoo if it isn't too oily, and that gives me an extra day usually.

Every other day. I love the clean feeling!!!

For those who don't wash their hair often - how do you clean your face/neck/hairline properly???? I love having a thorough scrub in the shower! I don't feel very clean when I don't wash my hair/head either.

Hair changes as you age. Mine was silky silky into my 20s. I could probably get away with washing it a lot less. As I get older it gets more course (possibly grey hairs pushing through?!!!), and tends to need more tending and managing in a morning. If I leave it too long it just looks like a nest to me. Plus I have a double crown and it parts and makes me look bald :D

Average is every three days, shampoo and conditioner. My hair is super thick and takes hours to dry naturally and my natural curls are a disaster to blowdry so the less I can wash it the better. I usually throw some dry shampoo up in it on the third day and avoid any styling products the rest of the time.

Everyday, with the rare occasion I don't shower POSSIBLY one day a week. My hair gets greasy and gross looking very fast, and needs to be washed every day to look presentable.
