Torch, we figured out a solution that works for both of us, so that's one thing checked off the To Do list.

Now I just have to pack tonight. My gypsy tendencies aka I don't have a lot of things means I can probably get this done in about 2 hours, but I. HATE. PACKING.

Zoom, I worked in leasing for years and I'll tell you what I would do.

Sign yourself off the lease. **** the break lease fee, that's not your responsibility if he wanted to keep the apartment. And regardless of whether he qualifies or not to keep the apt on his own is not your problem. Someone can be signed off a lease regardless of the other person's ability to qualify on their own.

**** him.
I uh. . . I like you. :rofl1:

My vent is about Caliterp's buckeyes. WHY ARE THEY SO DELICIOUS, HOW IS THIS FAIR. FOOD SHOULD NOT TASTE SO GOOD.

I ate the entire container of them in the last 20 minutes.

SUCH A BAD IDEA.

BUT SO AMAZING.

YES. BUT WHY.

I always do this to myself. Upset intestines? YES LETS EAT SOMETHING ELSE DELICIOUSLY BAD FOR THEM. Although so far, no issues from the buckeyes. I'm waiting. . The Boston Market from yesterday is still trying to get out. TMI, but I've been running to the bathroom since yesterday. I think it destroyed my GI tract.

I have made 3 batches (of 100 or so each) already this year. Batch 4 is coming through tomorrow. They are dangerous.

It annoys the **** out of me when people justify their service dog's poor behavior with "She's owner-trained!" No. Just...no. If your dog is owner-trained, it needs to be BETTER trained. It's not an excuse to have an untrained dog. It only hurts other owner-handlers when you do. My dog is owner-trained and he is NOT an out-of-control jerk. Yours shouldn't be either.

Also, Facebook groups suck. I have TWO groups I've been able to be in long-term.

On that note, when you delete ONE comment in the history of your Facebook group, don't claim you're not picking and choosing. You actually are. Deleting NONE or ALL is not being selective. Deleting ONE because it isn't compatible with your opinion is being selective, and I WILL pick up and leave. And when I leave, it is NOT okay for you to harass me via private messages.

I'm pretty sure Mike is pissed at me because his best friend came out today to return some Doctor Who, hang out and watch TV, and shovel out my car and walkway.

Actually, I think he's more pissed that *he* wasn't able to help me get my car unstuck and hang out all day, but either way, that's not being fair towards me. He *isn't* here. I'm not going to turn down help when I need it, especially from a mutual friend who risked his neck on the roads to help me out.

I think this is going to be our next topic of Discussion. Because this is not okay.

Peter Jackson is an asshole and I hate him, what a waste of $70 to go see that movie. And it's not even the movie, it wasn't great, but no worse then the first, but releasing it in 48 frames per second! It looks like a cheap made for TV movie. Emphasis on CHEAP! It's like he thought to himself 'well I spent the budget making smaug i can't afford to finish this movie, but who cares the fans will pay to watch it no mater how bad it looks...suckers', I hate him.

Yet another UTI.

If only I had insurance. Or a job that would give me hours. Or a body that would just let me live in peace and health. Too much to ask I guess.

Started smoking again. No real reason why. I don't crave nicotine. I'm not addicted. Just reasons. And in a worse mood lately than I even know how to deal with. Down to three Xanax, and NO ONE will refill it.

This is incredibly frustrating. I am an anxious mess and in no position to do anything about it. Jin still hasn't done anything with the divorce. Or shipped me my stuff. I'm so tired.

LIES.

You owe me them tomorrow.

:rofl1:

I finished the rest of them off. I hope batch #4 is on its way here. Or the recipe. I would cave and accept the recipe in lieu of the actual cookies.

I've been having really really messed up bad dreams lately and I woke up today at like 4am in a panic attack.

SO AWESOME.

... not.

I need to go to my real home. I don't have bad dreams when I'm there. Home isn't here anymore.

It's kind of disturbing that ingredients are measured in pounds instead of cups, but I move on quickly and just enjoy.

1 lb butter
2 lbs peanut butter
3 lbs powdered sugar

Blend ingredients in order. You can use a mixer at first, but as the powdered sugar increases you will eventually need to use your hands. When everything is thoroughly mixed, roll the dough into walnut sized balls. Refrigerate for as long as you can (overnight is good).

For the chocolate, I use 1-2 bags of the mini chocolate chips. (they melt easily in the microwave with just a smidge of vegetable oil). I also grate about 1/3 bar of parafin wax (from the canning section) into the chocolate and melt it in to help it hold its shape once set. I've done it without the wax and it's been okay, so if that creeps you out don't do it.

Take the chilled peanut butter balls and use a toothpick to dip it in the melted chocolate about half way. Set on wax paper to harden for at least a few hours. Keep doggies away. Throw 'em in a bowl/container in the fridge and enjoy :)

Put rice crispy cereal in the peanut butter before you roll it into balls and it is HEAVEN!

Ewww, no! Ruining the clean perfection of a buckeye! (I have seen/tasted the rice crispy version before--not my thing, but I think it's cute that everyone has a slight twist!)

I've seen halloween ones fully dipped in white chocolate with an m&m stuck on top to make eyeballs. Never tasted those though--not sure how I feel about peanut butter and vanilla!

My grandmother made something similar called Martha Washington's. Powered sugar and coconut instead of the peanut butter inside. Wonderful but pretty regretful later.

I'm really hoping foster dog leaves by the 21st like I said she had to. I don't want to be mean or publicly shame the rescue chick but come ON. I get you're busy and stressed but you made a commitment and this whole dog thing is your JOB. It makes you and the people you work for look bad. Stop posting about how awesome you are and all the changes you're making and do something about this dog!

Zoom makes those, they're pretty good too. I'm not complaining either way - they both involve PB and chocolate and OMG DELICIOUSNESSSSSSS

I am surprised Zoom hasn't vented about my behavior last night in here yet.

What would I vent about? You had a good time and we left when I couldn't my take be around strangers anymore.
