Beanie that is awesome, and exactly what I needed for winter exercises. I don't want to risk my bow warping in the cold weather here, but I'm trying to up my draw weight, and to do that I need better shoulder and back muscles, so I was trying to think of something to do indoors to protect my bow, and to work on my shoulder/back muscles.
I was considering buying some resistance bands, but Steven pointed out that if I'm mimicking the action of drawing the bow, I may end up developing undesirable technique when I go back to shooting. I'd like to be up to a thirty pound draw weight in six months or so, and right now I'm at half that.
Also, I think that shoulder muscles and arm muscles on women are sexy too, and I had no idea you were so ripped
It looks good, and I'd like to look like than, instead of like a stick
