Breakfast was sliced strawberries and a homemade "Lara bar."
Lunch was an apple and peanut butter.

I think dinner will be honey chili chicken with cashews, but a friend is in town so I'm not sure what we'll do. It needs to be easy on the carbs, that's for sure. SO MUCH FRUIT AUGH

I've had... a couple of those Austin peanut butter cracker things, a fiji apple, a big salad, and I'm stuck on dinner.

Yesterday I made avocado curry with avocados, onions, and pork. It was SO GOOD. I'm glad I'm giving this cooking thing a try :D I used red curry, soy sauce, an avocado, coconut milk, and a bit of lime juice and blended it all until it was smooth. Poured the sauce into a pan, raised it into a boil, and added the avocado, chopped onion, and cut up pieces of pork steak.

Look at me being a healthy, responsible adult!

Forgot to take a picture. Might do it later :p

Yesterday I made sweet potato burgers, which are flipping amazingly yummy and today I made homemade falafel and hummus. I'm loving making vegetarian meals lately.

Sweet potato cheese fries for dinner. <3 Slices of sweet potato tossed in some olive oil, sprinkled with a bit of sea salt, baked until slightly crispy, then sprinkled with shredded mozzarella. I also had a couple of my cilantro chicken nuggets. Organic ground chicken, egg, red onion, cilantro, ginger, some salt and pepper, dusted with coconut flour.

Lunch was just a chicken breast and tea. I wasn't hungry.

Breakfast was bacon and Greek yogurt.

Bacon and peanut butter for breakfast.

Smoothie, tea, and aloe for lunch from my favorite nutrition place.

Chocolate coconut flour cookie out of boredom.

Spaghetti for dinner - spaghetti squash, pulled beef, diced tomatoes simmered with oregano, pepper, garlic, salt, and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

And now I'm going to go get Starbucks because I'm not hungry but I have definitely not eaten enough.

Cinnamon toast crunch cereal with milk and apple juice. Two slices of peanut butter toast, pringles chips and milk for lunch. One battered chicken tenderloin, mashed potatoes and baby butterbeans with milk to drink for supper. And thinking on a snack......

I'm bumping this because I clearly need inspiration.

A blueberry muffin.

A shot of espresso.

Four (!?) slices of pizza.

A shot of espresso.

Peanut butter.

Two shots of espresso.

Chicken nuggets and a "smoothie."

Rum, vodka, gin, and beer - in order of amount of consumption.

My eating habits need to go back to being healthy. Or at least not horrifying.

Oh wait, there was some pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns and bacon in there as well. And then two pastore tacos from TacoMex at like 11pm.

Trying to power through my salad right now. I didn't let the dressing sit long enough so I just taste oil. Bleh.

Breakfast:
Strawberry/Banana Dannon Greek Yogurt cup
Bowl of Cinnamon Life cereal

Lunch: individual "french bread style" pepperoni pizza (equivalent to about a slice of normal pizza)

Dinner: don't know yet. I'm trying to decide if I should stay up playing FFIX, drinking rum and coke, and eating goldfish crackers. The last time I drank by myself I ended up bawling for no reason...hesitant to try it again. But I want to, dammit!
