... and I need more. Again.
It's been a year of change for me, to say the very least.
In February I left my partner of thirteen years after several years of depression and frustration.
In March I met a new fellow who I'm still seeing, and very quickly establishing a new life with.
In May, I moved to my own little house, living all by myself for the first time in my life.
In July, I sold my house.
And now it's September, and I'm about to make the one last big change my life needs for the year to be a complete turnaround.
In mid-August, I gave my notice at Global Pet Foods. My last day is September 30th, and then... I'm going into AlliePets full-time.
It's gotten to the point where I have a number of private clients as well as regular commissions incoming, and with 40 hours a week to devote to it I could easily convert it to full-time income in a matter of months. With my house sale and everything else, I'm extremely comfortable both mentally and financially right now, and with Christmas coming I'll be busy for awhile. It's perfect timing to give this a proper go. I'm doing it legit. Registered, tax number, business account, the whole nine yards.
This is exciting news for me, but also for you guys and all of my fans and friends. I'll be expanding my options to include more products and other fun stuff as I go along.
I'm eager to experiment and learn what folks like and want as I go.
I'm also registering for our huge Pet Expo in November. 12,000+ people, eeeeek! I might have to hire Jess as my booth babe.
Anyways. You guys have always been the backbone for this little business of mine, and after four years at the helm it's starting to grow the way I've always dreamed it would. It's pretty incredible, and I'm confident about the future of the business, but also a wee bit anxious!
