Short update, LOTS of pictures!!! Dogs, Cats, Birds and under construction hous

So things have been insane for me, not much time to post....

House is coming along and gang all doing well!!!

Grumpy is settling in.... He's starting to play (Never had toys!) and is getting to trust us.. Found out more from his band, poor guy was imported through Florida in '88 and was likely wild caught :-(







This is "Bird" he was a local found bird, and I was hoping to reunite him but after a month of ads, flyers and posting on parrot networks his owner has not come forward... :-(



And last for the birds, meet Griffin!! He's still at his breeder until he's fully weaned and fledged,likely mid to end of September...

I love Griffin, he is so darn cute. And Bird of course! It's so sad that he never had any toys..sadly Florida is the place to go to buy illegally obtained birds poor fella.

Posted to quick, Koda doesn't fit in it anymore much to his dismay!!

And it appears Grump was legally imported through Florida, his band is an open USDA band from 1988, it only tells us he was imported to Florida and his quarantine was in Miami, what that does confirm with 99% accuracy is that he is at least 25, and undoubtedly wild caught, as his band was open not closed... This practice was banned by the USDA in the early '90's.. It makes me extremely sad to think he was once wild and free.... No wonder he's "Grumpy"
