Owner supposed to drop dogs at noon, and call me as they were leaving their house (20min away).

12:08. No call yet.

I have other things to do, people.

Well, regardless, it doesn't seem like a good idea to make the person who's giving you a ride 15 miles to work that angry... particularly when you're relying on them to come get you when you're shift's over.

There is a very large part of me that wants to let him just deal with figuring out a way back to my house.

Beau refused one of his favorite foods and he's starting to look like he's going down hill :(

I'm also having a hard time keeping weight on him no matter what I feed him.

I'm starting to think about having a long talk with him and giving him one last good day :(

Vibes would be nice to see if its just a fluke and him just being picky

I hate seeing my best friend getting older and my life is just beginning. It's not ****ing fair!!!! He's only 11, he's supposed to live until I die :(

I do not hold my liquor nearly a well as I used to.

Also, Beau waited until I was drunk to get sick on the carpet and now I have no carpet cleaner but cant go to the store...

And the chinese food place got my order wrong.

I really don't like the new "random questions". I already have a list of answers I can scroll down and choose from!! Gah. I don't want to type out new words.

lol, yes, Grace.

I'm pissed off because I was supposed to have 5 dogs here today and not. one. of. them. showed. up. 6 different owners. 3 older, should-be responsible couples. NOT ONE called me. NOT ONE picked up when I called them. I just lost $200 because NOBODY is considerate.

I would start taking a deposit, we have that issue at work too and that's how we have begun deterring flakes.

Have you considered running some bloodwork or something on him? Is he on heartworm prevention? At least you could get some answers and go from there. There are plenty of things that are treatable (lyme, heartworms, etc) even at his age.

They are all regular customers, I was really surprised. I may start doing that, though.
We started a new policy and regulars who do not no-show are exempt but those who have done it twice and all new incoming must put down a half day price as a deposit we just hold on to indefinitely. If they do it twice they're off the books and can wait list to be invited back, we're so busy that it seems to be working. It's always good to remind your clients how valuable your service is both in finance and effort.

Seriously just had a couple of kids catcall me with "Dat ass". I turned around and said "Really?! You guys are like, 12 years old." Their reply: "Uh, we're *14*, baby."

My reaction was a combination of the following:
