Quinn has such an amazing vibe she gives off, even in pictures. Like she's just a wonderful old soul, even as young and beautiful as she is.

But mostly I'm jealous you have your hay cut. Ours is never getting cut because it is never going to stop raining.

Thank you! <3

Grace, Quinn is a total snow dog too! I have never had a dog less heat tolerant. The other day I took her out to pee at the hottest part of the day, and she walked to the end of the footpath and lied down. She never just walks anywhere!

Boston - We have two fields and are in the same boat with the second :( One field is now SUPER mature because we haven't had a stretch of sunny days in a month. The hay down in these photos was cut by a gentleman we are kind of leasing the field to (but get 50% of the hay). It had I guess about a day of sun, then was rained on twice. :( Very disheartening as its the better field. Last year it was so dry that everyone's yields were down, hay prices skyrocketed, and now it's going to be the same deal because the only people with good hay were the ones with the foresight to cut really early.

She is so gorgeous! I just love how she's built. And really, just everything about her. She's such a neat dog. Beautiful pictures, too!

OH MY GOD IS THAT QUINN!?! I forgot you had a dog :p

So I normally avoid taking pictures at that time of day because I never like how they come out, apparently I've just been doing it way wrong since your pictures are completely stunning and warm feeling and I love them. Could have something to do with the dog too though.....

Okay, okay, I need to take more pictures! :p

Thank you so, so much.
And Linds - I have to take her out this late or she acts like I'm killing her in the sunlight. Vampire dog. She is so NOT heat tolerant.

Wow, Trent and Quinn really are two peas in a pod <3 Trent is such a wimp during the hot weather (to be fair, so am I, so it works out). Sometimes while we're walking he will just pull me towards the shade and plop himself down on a stranger's front lawn LOL

We always have to get up early or leave late these days if we want to survive our walk.

Quinn is so gorgeous, your photos of her are fantastic. I have to say, her pants/feathering...so pretty. Love the 2nd to last photo, you can tell what a happy girl she is to be out adventuring with you.
