What have you accomplished today?

I drove a TON today, about 60 miles total. Some highway, some downtown city areas, backroads... it was awesome. I did wonderfully.

I worked five hours, cooked dinner, deep cleaned the master bath, guest bath, kitchen, bedroom, and vacuumed the living room. Now off to take the dogs for a hike.

Straightened the house, ran errands, played tennis, finished painting my teeter, and about to cook dinner.

Or put it off long enough that Zach gets hungry first and starts to cook dinner ;)

Groceries put away, check.
Dishes, check.
Dogs exercised, check.
Dog poop scooped, check.
Ice cube tray emptied and refilled (srsly, family, doing it yourself doesn't cause brain damage), check.

Tomorrow I'm hoping to tackle a deep cleaning on the downstairs bathroom and a good vacuuming... Bear left a mess.

I managed to not go to work today. Given the hours I've been working lately, and the fact that I actually walked into the lab, it's kind of a miracle. Back to the grind tomorrow, sadly. Yay overtime hours?

Managed to cut 3 of Em's nails in the past 24 hours, taking less and less time each nail. :D

I trimmed Buzz and Gaby, bathed both, tracked with Siri, and worked obedience with Siri.

Oh, I also studied for my Pharm exam.

AND I took Tim to the airport this morning!

Walked Xena followed by a 2.3 mile run. That was before breakfast ;)

Washed the older DD's new sheet set and made her bed up for her. I then went into the younger DD's room and did some long-needed repairs to her bid (it's a loft bed and the dresser part had come apart). All is well and when they return from camp tomorrow night, they will have updated rooms ready for them.

I'm on about my 5th load of laundry right now. Also did some other "honey do" stuff for my "neighbor wife". Her husband is in the US Coast Guard and is under way, so I'm helping around the house (mowing the lawn, repairs, take out the garbage, etc.) as needed. She has 3 kids, 2 dogs, bunnies, reptiles and a bird to keep her busy enough. Younger DD dog sits all the time for them.

Took my business calculus midterm today, was one of two students in all the classes to get a particular question right, and I'm pretty sure I got at least a 95% on that exam.

The crazy part is that I haven't been able to attend a single class thus far because I had a few things going on. Points for having asian math genes. The all nighter I pulled last night was definitely worth it.

Now I get to head back home for four days :)

Okay, so not something I myself accomplished... however:

I teach a level one class in the mornings, with five students, and today, everyone happily jumped into the water and everyone did amazing back floats.

It seems like a small accomplishment until you're the one teaching the class. :p I was ridiculously proud of them all today, especially one of the boys who was petrified of even leaving the wall just on Monday. Now we just need to see if we can nail the front float as well as the glides for next Friday.

Had a 45 minute warning for a trainee drop off this morning, and I was able to shower, wake up hungover dudes on my floor, tend to a puking boyfriend, and clean the house of their shenanigans (and get them to leave the living room) before the dog got here.

Pair that with a long hike with the new dog, and I have accomplished a ton, along with being dog tired. Haha

Two loads of laundry (towels)
swept/mop and vac'd where applicable
fed/walked dog
two jars of sun tea (one decaf for daughter) done and in fridge (it's H.O.T here today!)
cleaned kitchen
cleaned bath (only downstairs)

And now I'm about ready to turn on netflix and watch something.....buffy? Angel? IDK.....I'll see what strikes me! LOL
