Good god dog

So Mia this morning decided to try to OD on glucosamine. Luckily no side effects except a very fat belly and a scared owner.

Dog is obnoxious. Glucosamine going higher on shelves. End of rant.

In all honesty I don't think she ate very much but gave me a heart attack about. I think the rule for her needs to be that everything needs to be at least two shelves higher than where I think she can climb.

She saw that you were worried about her knees, and decided to make sure they are super mega fine! She's just being thoughtful and good!

Well, ODing on Glucosamine has minimal problems, thankfully.... Usually Some upset stomach, really.

Haven't you mentioned that she eats/gets into things a lot? I probably wouldn't leave any pill substances out regardless...

Yep she gets into things a lot. Unfortunately she also manages to find her way to things a lot higher than you'd expect. Cabinets arent very safe either unless theyre really high up. I was pretty sure she couldn't reach them. :/. I'm really really careful about leaving things out that are bad for her but I swear she just gets more creative each time.

Yeah I know ODing on glucosamine is pretty impossible. They're the treat type though and she loves them.

Elsie walked off with a whole bottle of atenolol while I was in the shower this morning.

Luckily, my boyfriend took it from her before she worked it open, but still. 30 25mg tablets would not be good for a 36lb dog.

Well now we're home and we have a Pukey McPukerton. *sigh* keeping na eye on her.
