I know you guys are trying to be helpful but everybody chiming in about THEY met somebody and have a FANTASTIC boyfriend/SO/husband just kind of feels like punching the still-single girl in the face.
Forget I said anything please.

Moving on I ate one of Payton's mini cupcakes, and now all I want is to eat all the cupcakes forever.
Beanie, you are so helpful, so motivational especially when it comes to fitness and eating and healthy habits.... Now I want you to take that punched feeling and turn it into action! I haven't met my partner online, but know plenty who have. There's no shame in it. I'd try out a paid membership site. Just for a month to try it out.

DO IT. Make a profile THIS WEEKEND. :)

I know what you mean but just saying... it's worth giving the online thing a shot even if you think it's lame now.

and wait... you ate a dog cupcake? LOL I assume it was not like a dog treat type thing and an actual real human grade cupcake? lol cause that would be weird. Although I have eaten a dog biscuit before.

Benaie, we can be single together! Yeah I get ya though. I feel like I fail at any/all courtship. I got a text from some random relative saying 'try this dating site!' Ugh... I just don't know.

I am going to yet another church singles group this weekend. Hopefully that's a good start to something. I'm feeling rather defective. :/

Anyways, I also bought a bag of cherries this week and I went to eat them and only about half of them are any good. The others are too soft/overripe. Sad day.

I just went into my brother's graduation. The douchhe at the door keep demending to know my disability before entering. Way to go, yell at an autistic person, that accomplishes a lot, asshole. Plus asking what my disability is is illegal (nevermind that is ****ing says what he's for on his ****ing patches!!!) This is the college of health professions, they should know better. I'm also alumni. Have some respect. The dean WILL be hearing about this.

Urrrgghhh I'll never be able to afford to move out. Whinewhinegroan.

Also someone brought their dog in today to be neutered and when she came to pick him up, made some comment like "I didn't even know he had testicles." Note, this woman had her daughter with who was like, in her teens. So she's certainly old enough. I just... I can't... my brain doesn't understand how you can be confused about that. And this person is reproducing. These are the kind of people that YES, absolutely need to neuter their dogs when they're young lol.

Both my brothers forgot my birthday. One called after a sister called and bitched him out... I have the best brothers in the world.... NOT!

****. Bought the new Fromm Game Bird cat kibble to try with the ferrets. Open the bag and it's the wrong shape. I CAN'T FEED THEM THIS. Craaaaap. That's a pain.

I absolutely detest dishes, and I'm the only person in the household who puts any effort whatsoever towards them. If the dishwasher is empty... people still put their dishes in the sink. WHY?

I work from home, that does NOT mean I have time or energy to do all of the chores around the house.

How is the person who went to bed early, didn't get up a million times with both a fussy toddler and an asshole barking dog (looking at you, Aesop) who thought barking nonstop until I finally booted him out to the backyard at 4 am, the one who gets to sleep in? exhausted and crabby.

I've lived here for 6 years and have next to no friends. My very best friend lives 900 miles away, and my closest local friend has a very different schedule than mine so we see each other every few months, if we're lucky. I had a solid group of friends for a while, but that fell apart because of stupid drama and I just kind of... haven't made any new ones since that happened, which was a couple years ago.

I have friends at work, but we all tend to work different shifts, which means that when I'm off they're not and vice versa.

I spend almost all my free time with my boyfriend, which is wonderful, but he was out of state for work for two months and has more long projects coming up, and with him gone I realized just how lonely I am. :( Next time he's gone is going to suck.

I'm looking at Meetup.com, but it seems like all the ones I'm interested in usually hold events on weekends, which I can't do. Plus... idk, I'm just kind of shy/have a hard time getting out there. It sucks.

I was fixing dinner, so had Aesop outside as it is reasonably nice for May in Arizona. I heard a tiny yelp-like sound. Not unheard of, as there are dogs on every side of us AND my dog is sometimes clumsy and runs into the fence, steps on a rock, etc. Went outside to check and no, my doofus is IN the neighbor's yard:eek: He's dog reactive and particularly hates their dog. Thank heavens mos of his issues are in regards to barriers and he's also not at all human aggressive, so when THEY came out to see what the heck was happening, he stood there like a fruitcake.

Apparently there was a four inch section of chain link missing at the bottom of a fence we share. I hadn't noticed it because it was behind a rock and..well..who pays attention to a four inch hole when your dog is 65 lbs:rolleyes:

Fixed now. But embarrassing. Sooo embarrassing.

I seriously feel like I was the one who posted that.

My social life consisted of work friends and boyfriend. I dumped boyfriend and moved to CO. Now I have no friends. It sucks.

You know you can always come here, you don't even have to call. I don't care. <3 I love having you over and hainging out with you - even if I'm grooming you can always sit in the salon with me and talk. :) I'm not super mobile right now anyway, so I'm bored and lonely. :(

x3. Most people my age have kids and while that is fine with me, it seems like people with kids don't trust people without them. I don't know. Or the people my age I know without kids are single and super into the bar scene. Also not my cup of tea. Every day of the weekend.

You know I secretly hate you, right? :p

And I would love to come hang out. <3

Having Chris visit made me realize JUST how lonely I am. I went from having him there all the time and having someone to do stuff with to suddenly. . . not. I went from having a few friends I adore to hang with at work to having no friends at work. I don't even have time to text people lately.

I guess the obvious answer is that we should all hang out, right? :)

I joined a couple Meetup groups. Yay for baby steps, I guess.
