Happy 7th Birthday Bamm Bamm!!!!

I can't believe how quickly time flies by. May 5th is the day I've chosen to celebrate Bamm's birthday every year. Today marked approx 7 years. My young boy isn't so young anymore.

Here are a few photos from today. I left the other two at home and took Bamm hiking with some of my friends and their dogs. There were 10 dogs altogether and we had a blast. We hiked 6 miles and now Bamm and I are both pretty pooped.

We did take a TON of photos, but I'm only going to upload a few on here.

Group photo of the dogs... can I just say omg Bamm is lying there with 9 other dogs and he isn't trying to kill them? That would have never been something he could have handled a few years ago. He still wasn't 100% sure, but compared to how he used to be this is MAJOR improvement.

Thank you so much! As soon as we got home he ate dinner and passed out in his crate. I think it's safe to say he had a fun birthday.

Thank you. You remember how crazy he used to be at the sight of another dog. He's still reactive, but he has gotten a lot better. I really think that having Cricket and Joey has made a world of difference in him. He also goes to my work a lot so he's gotten much more used to seeing different dogs every day. He's even played in the pen at work a couple times with other dogs though we only put him in when there are dogs we know really well and that we think are a good play match for him. He slips up every now and again, but I definitely see improvement.

I think these group hikes are going to start to become a regular thing which will be really good for Bamm.
