Oh my body hurts today lol.

I stepped on the scale yesterday and was back up at 187... ugh. now of course I was also at the end of "that time" so I'm always up. But today I stepped on after yesterdays craziness and .... 183.6 :D and I've lost half an inch on both arms. woohoo

This is the goods. Keep it up kiddo!

Headache is gone and the lump on my head has shrunk. The point of impact is still pretty tender, but I'm good. Learned a painful lesson. The protective gear protects you if you keep the protective part facing the ball. Don't turn away!

So, unofficial weigh in this morning - 240 on the nose. That is exactly 50 pounds since January 2. Weight fluctuates a pound or two daily, though. I do my official weigh in on Saturday.

I noted that my headache was gone, which made my day so much better. We had a bird in our dryer ductwork so I spent my morning cleaning that out (nest was actually in the flexible hose which had ruptured as well - so I had birds living in my laundry room). Got all of that cleaned up and replaced the duct as well as put up a new vent with a screen. Went to my daughter's HS softball game late in the day and then about 9 I decided that I still needed a good workout. 10 minute trainer cardio with my highest average heartrate yet (11:07 time with an average of 160). Followed up with a yoga session.

I have games tomorrow and Friday and then 2 on Saturday. Working the bases one of them, too. While I don't squat as much, I certainly run much more.

And (stream of consciousness, sorry) finally, my hats are loose. I apparently have lost weight in my head :lol-sign:

Sparks, do those videos involve a lot of jumping? I want to expand my collection, but I live in a second floor apartment and I'm sure my neighbors downstairs would not appreciate my hopping around.

They can have a lot of jumping in them but there is always a low impact modifier to watch and her feet never leave the ground. I try to do all the jumping but there are days where my knees just hurt and I have to go the low impact route :) so my feet stay on the floor

Between you and Sparks, I am seriously interested...
It is fun (except rock it out LOL that one kills me BUT it's also very effective lol so I do it)

If you like good tunes (like Holiday by Madonna and Don't stop till you get enough by MJ to name a coupke) and you like dancing at all... It's awesome

A cat nap on the couch after the preschoolers tired me OUT and then got up and did 25 minutes of party express and 35 minutes of Disco groove :)

I <3 dancing :) And I love music of all genres. I have the Turbo Jam stuff and was addicted for about a year and then kind of stopped. Is it like that?

Oh I love turbo Jam!!!!!! That was the first program I did.

There isn't mich kicking or punching, it's more like you learn a dance routine sorta deal. Basically he takes like ten minutes and teaches a series of moves and then you run through that sequence a few times and then e takes another ten and teaches another series of moves an so on. Then at the end you run through the entire routine for 4-5 minutes :). It's set up like they are on a stage and there is an audience and everything so it's like you are puttin on a show lol. Plus Shaun T is just super fun

Awesome. I felt a little silly at first but once you get into it and let yourself go... you feel awesome. I probably look hysterical but I feel like I could be on Soul Train LOL.

I am on Day 12 but I am switching two days around. Instead of shaun T's dance party today I'm doing my Rock it out and Booty time that I am supposed to do tomorrow and switching the dance party to tomorrow :) it will just fit my schedule better and I'll be able to get it done.

My Hip Hop Abs shirt came today for completing the 30 day program :D

it's much too tight lol but I'm still proud to have it. They make the smallest large t shirts on the planet. all my other shirts are large and they fit just fine... this one is like skin tight lol
