I just started watching Continuum on Amazon.com. There weren't many episodes, but I really liked it. It's on Syfy, and on a Canadian cable channel, also, I think. I remember before it was on Syfy because I'm on the Facebook page.

The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.

It's an older, sci fi steampunkish western series from before the days steampunk got all mainstream. The main character is played by Bruce Campbell, and it's so well written! Super bummed that it got canceled, but they finish out the first season and main story line at least.

And... Bruce Campbell! What better reason could you need than that?

Yeah. My friend got me hooked on it and I watched all seven seasons in maybe three months.
That's nothing, I went through 6 seasons of Doctor Who in 6 weeks! I think the last season took maybe 2 days? lol

I haven't branched out yet because I'm watching classic Doctor Who, but some of the ones I want to get to eventually are Battlestar Galactica, Firefly, and Stargate.

If you're up for a less mature DW spinoff, Sarah Jane Adventures was actually really good (aside from heavy usage of slitheen). I started it to "decompress" between episodes during the later, darker episodes of Torchwood (middle of series 2 through series 3). It helps that I freaking ADORE Sarah Jane <3

Watched Firefly! Got to meet Adam and Kaylee...April is Captain Hotpants month! (And Torchwood, and stargate, and supernatural I live cons!)

Anyway I digress, I have watched most of them, although I should finish the last season of eureka! Battlestar I really tried watching...made through most if the second season then just couldn't do it lol.

I will see if I can find The Adventures Of Brisco County? Because ya Bruce Campbell...nuf said.

Also if anyone is going to the Calgary Con in April look for me I'll be wearing this on Saturday!
