LOL someone described to me how they decided to have children like this LOL
Ha, I have actually said this before on a number of occasions..... If I have kids it will literally be.. Ok let's just do it, or a planned happy accident.

I'm too much of a commitment phobe to plan as i talk myself out of things, and too impatient to plan once I've decided to commit.

Sometimes you just have to do it without a great deal of thinking being involved.

As a rule, I don't really like owning a dog of any age under 3 years :p

I am so not a fan of GSD puppies - Trent was an awful puppy. But at the same time... cute puppy pictures are a pretty big bonus. So that said, I still get hit with the occasional puppy/new dog envy.

All of the want.

And you know... an aussie, a sheltie, a border collie, and a papillon. One of everything please.

The puppy want, I do have it terribly as well. Fortunately mine will be remedied faster. And the fact that one of the breeders I know/am probably getting a puppy from has ELEVEN puppies right now in her current litter is killing me. This summer is just so much better time wise *lesighgrumble*.

ETA: I love smooth faced pyr sheps so much!

I found a cute papillon for sale. And I pondered the idea of it for far too long. And I know I don't want a papillon this time around.... I know if I got permission from the landlord today that I could have another I'd end up with A new dog next week lol. Patience, right guys?

Guh... me too. Recon's only 7 months old and everything I could want in a dog... but there's a repeat breeding of his this spring and I just want another puppy so bad! I LOVE puppy stages, but I think I will probably grow out of it sooner rather than later.

And I know I can't afford a 3rd/4th/5th dog depending on the way you look at it. :p And my house is too small. God help me when we move next year. XD

Buuuuut, YOU could get a Recon sibling and I could live vicariously through you! ;)

Must be nice. I haven't had puppy want in a LONG time. Mostly because college is kicking my tail right now. I might also just be more of a one dog person since I'm just satisfied having Kai.

I want Zoe, she is soooo awesome sounding, and little too. But she'll get picked up quick.

I keep getting offered nice young BC's. Left right and centre. The voices in my head are screaming "NO MORE YOUNG BC's THAT NEED WORK RIGHT NOW!"

I am promising myself my next dog will be a dog from lines full of solid temperaments.

It doesn't help that one of the family that has been training at our centres since their dog was a pup is rehoming him. I've known him since he was about 14 weeks old. I've said since day one he reminds me of Quinn with a worse start.
He's been highly dog reactive since he was a young pup and now (at 6 months) his owners have decided to rehome him. He's just wayyy too much dog for them. He's been in for boarding and training several times and he's got several play mates he runs with at the kennels no problems.
He could be a super dog with some solid work put into him with a better handler and I love getting to see him all the time.
They've asked if I'd be interested in him and it was hard saying I can't.
They are nice people though and dedicated to finding him the right home/foster.

He's my most current want anyway.

I have been tentatively looking around for a Doberman pup so I will have a big dog around when Susie goes in hopefully not a long while yet. When we went to our Agility trial last weekend which is about a five hour drive, there just happened to be a Doberman female puppy not far from where the trial was. If I had not been going to the trial, I doubt I would have considered it.

Anyway I came home with a brown and tan Doberman pup, 11 weeks old. She has settled in really well with my other dogs. She is sleeping in the crate at night, a little noisy the first night but better last night. I took her out for a pee break at 1 am and let her settle back in the crate when she came back in, then let her back out for a little while while I had a cup of tea.

She is going back in for the rest of the night now.

I have the want of 2 different breeds. On the list for a AST!!! I am super excited about. Then I am co.owning a bitch with Judge's breeder. So.....should be interesting since I will.be starting the bitch GSD and am unsure about timing on the AST litter.
