Seriously, I am about to go beserk. I don't know if this is a dumb question or not... I'm no housewife... I know a lot of people here have more general knowledge than I do.

But I have three rugs in my kitchen on linoleum floor, and when the dogs aren't laying down they go flying everywhere! I cannot keep them where they belong, they end up on one side of the dining room in a pile that looks VERY unnattractive.

My mom uses some sort of shelving liner to keep hers down (and my dogs never move hers on laminate flooring!) but it is not working for mine.

Any other suggestions, or is it a hopeless cause? Anyone want to buy the rugs? LOL. If I can't find a solution in the next week I'm just getting rid of them... but I hate to do that because that part of the house is on a slab so the flooring gets really cold in the winter. :/

They make no slip rug pads or rubber backing, but I'm not sure how well they work...

I just let mine slide around the house :p

I want to know, too! We have an area rug in the livingroom and when the dogs play it moves all over the place. It's really annoying.
