Bubbles has been super content the past few hours and has been eating like crazy. Boys are happy, everyone is warm enough as they are all spread out, and Pen and Kimma (while obviously not let near her pen while unsupervised) are just leaving her alone completely. Which is great, because my house isn't all that big to have too many separate areas. Her area has sheets hung all around so no one can peek in on her. And of course I've been thinking of names hahaha.

Please keep the vibes coming..... Boys are OK right now, gaining weight steadily, but she's not feeling well. And of course I have to work. Taking her to the vet as soon as I can, and my husband will be checking in on her throughout the day at least once. Still producing milk, which is good. I'm just worried

She went to the vet this morning. Severely dehydrated and not able to keep any food down. She got a lot of fluids, and a shot to settle her stomach. She still won't drink water, but my husband got her to eat some boiled chicken and rice about 20 minutes ago (I just got home).

My poor Bubbles looks horrible. The boys have gained weight since this morning, and the vet said they look good.

This is like some kind of nightmare. At least the boys are growing at a steady rate.

It's so sad people who try hard always get a rough time, and those who don't care seem to pump out puppies like they're on a conveyor belt

Thanks, guys. I just got her to eat more chicken and rice and drink some water. Now I just have to hope it stays down. She's also MUCH more alert than this morning (perked up when I opened the pen to check on her after I got home from work), and is actually rearranging her "nest" as we speak. PLEASE let the worst be over
