I weigh in first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom and naked

Although it is interesting how much our clothes can really weigh lol

I always take my shoes off before getting on the scale at the doctor... and every time I'm like "like my shoes totally weigh THAT much to make a difference..."
And yet I do it every time LOL.

I'm down eight pounds since the beginning of the week. It's stress loss, unfortunately, but I hope to just take it for what it is and keep it off.

I weigh in naked in the mornings after waking up and using the bathroom and all. Just to be consistent more than anything.

And yet I do it every time LOL.
at my docs office they always request that you take off your shoes. but some shoes are HEAVY lol. mine don't seem to be overly heavy but hubby has a pair of boots that weigh a ton lol

Aw yeah. Worked some muscles to failure tonight. First time I've ever done that. Exhaustion, every time - failure, no.

Then hit the treadmill for my long run for the week.

Me, too. I did a lower body workout tonight. During one of the squat workouts, I could not get back up again. Took all I had to get upright. After a few moments, I stretched them out and went back at it again. My thighs are burning hard still.

The Pitch Perfect sound track is my new running playlist lol.
Also "Sail" by Awolnation. Lyrics are stupid but the beat is awesome.

Also running tomorrow :)
Didn't today cause for 3 days now my stomach has been killing me. I was doubled over in pain a couple of times today. Cause of the stomach issue? Diet change and my body is Er... Getting rid of all the bad stuff. But that's okay cause I am getting healthy! BAM!

Yesterday was a rest day, today I did 20 crunches, 5x 4 second plank (can't do it much longer than 4 seconds at once because I'm horridly out of shape lol), and 12 modified pushups. Also completed 1 mile (like 80% walking, 20% jogging/running... that percentage is going up!) in about 16 minutes. Last week it took me 20-22. WHOO!

Managed to get my workout in today. *35 sit ups, 9 pushups, and a 30 second plank and then 20 minute turbo Jam. *Much thanks to my hubby for fielding all emergencies for a half an hour so I could get that done and I will tell you he didn't have an easy job ... Eek

Things are happening :D so exciting

I was down to 191.8 this morning and I did my measurements as well.

Down half an inch around the widest part of my stomach (where most of my flab sits lol)

down an inch in my arms

half an inch in my hips

and a full inch around the waist :D

Finished my Fab Abs 40 sit ups, 10 push ups and 35 second plank (killing me here lol) and squeezed in a 20 minute turbo jam workout. :)

Went from 189 to 186 in less than 36 hours.
Granted its due to my non existent appetite for over a week and the fact that I've lived off of banana popsicles, pb&j sandwiches, and the occasional subway sandwich. But still its coming off but good lord I want my appetite back and preferably before Friday since I have a Valentine's Day date at a habichi Japanese restaurant!
Ok last bit was a bit angry lol
But yay! Weight loss!

SO frustrated with myself. Why can't I just track my food? Why can't I just keep an eye on this stuff and fix it when it happens?

If I completely OVERestimate how much I ate of a few things I was still at 1732.

I'm currently at 1109 for today. That means I need between 900-1100 calories for the rest of the day. Ugh...

WOOOO... Fabs abs done (45 sit ups, 10 push ups and a 35 second plank) and 50 minute Cardio party under my belt. Still have Brazil butt lift at Fit Club tonight :) WOOHOO nailing it to the wall today

Hugs, it's hard. I hated food tracking when I did it :(

Way to go Julee :)

Awesome end to my night. Had fit club tonight and we were supposed to be doing the torturous brazil Butt Lift lol but turns out the other workouts for it require equipment that we didn't have so... We did COMBAT again. I LOVE COMBAT. If you ever need something to make you feel like a bad ass... Combat is the answer lol.

It was a 45 minute cardio workout so Between that and my previous workout I did an hour and a half of cardio today lol

The best part is that the les Mills power Kata 45 is the first workout I did when I started this journey ad I barely made it through. Tonight I felt strong and my endurance has increased a lot :). I pushed it hard the whole way through
