Well, it's been going on for the last week, but today, day 63, Zala's temp was 98.9 this morning. That is a full degree lower than her morning temp for the last year, so I'm watching her closely.

Will work on some pictures, etc, in just a few. Must drink my coffee first.

Edited to add: Breakfast (Raw) not finished. She ate less than 1/4.

98.6 at 2pm. Definitely not a fluke on the temp. Taking a nap now that Kid is home to man the fort and watch her. I will need my beauty rest for tonight.

Come on Mommawah!

I'll be on the edge of my seat until those babies are here!

(Funny, my question was "a brown dog is what color?" I wanted to answer "malinois".)

Well, it's a cluster duck.

I have two healthy males, 420g and 540g. One female that didn't make it (large and backwards, her umbilical got pinched and she took too long)

One more in there, sitting on the pelvic brim, she's not in a hurry but she's not distressed. Discussing C-Section with my vet as we speak.

It's been 24 hours, I've been up 38 hours. Seeing double and not done yet.

I'm so sorry you lost one :( but so happy for your healthy boys! I hope she doesn't need a c-section but if she does, I hope she is safe and that all goes well.

No c-section, thank dog.

Last puppy was born, but again, breech and clamped umbilical cord.

The two boys are doing well, so is mom.

Oh M, I'm so sorry for the loss, though I'm glad Zala didn't have to have a c section and is doing well. I hope you can all get some rest soon.

And eek! Those malinois almost look sweet and innocent!

Awww! Cutest newborns I've ever seen. Congratulations on the two healthy boys. Hugs and plenty of ice cream all around (and for the new Momma, too!!) :D
