What are your favorite etsy collar shops?

I got a $25 gift card to etsy for Christmas and I'm trying to find Joey a 2" martingale. I have a Superman 2" martingale that I love except the fabric feels thinnish and bunches up on the slide bars if he pulls a little. I need something higher quality and he looks best in 2" wide because he has a typical longish sighthound neck.

Oh man! I could spend my life window shopping for martingales on Etsy!

This is where I got the collars my lot are currently wearing. I was impressed with the quality, they have held up great so far to a whole lot of wear and tear.

She doesn't have a ton of stock right now though.

And this store is run by someone I know. She is super active in the greyhound rescue community and donates an insane amount of collars and tons if her own time running auctions to raise money for greyhounds and glagos. She's got some great fabrics!

I really like Hounds Closet, but she hasn't got anything listed right now.

I also have ordered from HuggableHound on etsy.

Both have nice, well made martingales.

For what you want, I'd HIGHLY recommend dogs-art; they line their collars with soft leather and the materials are very high quality. Their limited slip design (that they call a martingale) is my new fav dog collar style as it has all the benefits of a regular martingale, but is much sleeker.

I've also ordered from Trendy Hound, Fox Valley Dog Collars, and Rescue Paws for various collars and have been quite happy with everything I've gotten.

I get all of my collars from here. I have met her before (she lives pretty close) and she is such a sweet girl. Her products are so durable.... I have had Ollie's squirrel collar for about 3 years and it is her "rough" play collar (drags it through creeks, mud, and many other ventures). I've even passed one of her collars she had for 2 years down to a friends dog. They are reasonably priced too.

Well, this won't help you for martingales, but I love this store:

http://www.etsy.com/shop/restowe

(well, I haven't actually bought anything yet, LOL, but I plan to).

http://www.etsy.com/shop/Greenbelts

I can vouch for all three of these! I LOVE all of them, my restowe collars are the best built I have ever gotten on etsy! Cali are great, not the same quality as my Pacos, but so much more fun! And I so adored my greenbelt. Thanks to Diesel I have use only fabric collars for Bristol because any leather she wears He eats off of her :(

Fox Valley Dog Collars. Diane is a member on my ACD forum, and she makes some awesome collars.

I just got my crew their new martingales from her. She's great to deal with, super timely, and they have held up great so far!

I'm going through all the links everyone posted and going to respond with the ones I like from each of the different stores for Joey's possible next collar.

I ordered a martingale for my secret santa a few years ago from here: http://www.etsy.com/people/TrendyHound

It was really nice (although I never saw how it held up on a dog, since I had to give it away!) It was nice enough that I almost bought another for Lucy, but she doesn't need any more collars.
From Trendy Hound- wish it was 2" but love this one

Remember that you can convo etsy sellers to see if they can customize items - never hurts to ask!
