Anyone have one? I'm looking to detox after Xmas, I feel rotten!

Googled some, but they look a bit hard to follow. I want something practical as I work, and with ingredients that are readily available and some I can prepare in advance.

Ideally want something with breakfast, lunch and tea with snacks. If I'm hungry I will not complete it, I have big appetite!

I do not want to plan my own, but I will consider mashing up my own daily menus from a few different plans to suit my lifestyle.

Looking for 7 to 10 days.

Go!

If it was just eating healthy I wouldn't have posted a thread.... Duh.

I want detox. A short sharp diet that cleanses the body and kick starts the body. But not one you'd follow long term. I'm not a nutritionist so I want a plan to follow.

It is just healthy eating. The only people that think there is something different between eating non processed, healthy foods and a "cleanse" is someone that thinks they can take a shortcut, and someone that think they can sell somebody one. Good luck.

That is a useful reply, thanks. I wonder if it will be filling...!!
I'm going to try it too.......it looks quite healthy and very tasty! I like a good jump start, and that's how I view trying a 'detox myth' just a jump start to kick everything off :) Let me know how it works out for you and I'll do the same :)

I will. I might even have the diet plan set out by the personal trainer I saw a long while ago somewhere..... He was obsessed with diet and what you Put in your body and how it affected training. He got aaaaaaaaaaamazing results with people, and it was specific exercises coupled with a 2 weeks very strict diet plan (d..d.d..dddd DETOX), followed by eating everything "clean".

If I find it ill let you know.
