The Venting Thread

I don't think the couples on either side of Ryan and I cook. Or if they do, then not stuff that I ever smell.

But we have a large number of Somali families at the end of our hallway and when I take Frodo down that way...oy. I'm sure it's just that I am not used to the smell of Somali food, but ew. Some of it is gag worthy. Super lucky my neighbors don't do that to us!

My horse escaped. Again. Luckily my superawesomedefinitelygettingachristmaspresent friend called me and helped me catch her.

I was in trainers (sneakers), so my feet got covered in mud. And then said horse stood on my foot.

I found a rat. A dead rat. And I only found after I tried to close the stable door several times and it wouldn't close. I dropped dead squashed rat in the mud.

I went to fill the water buckets up and soaked my leg and my friends leg.

I hit myself in the face with the metal bars at the top of the horses stable door.

I stood in a massive puddle on my way home.

I got home and since I hadn't crated the dogs before I left, the house was a complete mess.

I'm scared to bring the goats in because the way my night's been going they've probably escaped.

I have to work both tonight and tomorrow night.

Normally, it would be fine. But my boss told her daughter to surrender her ferret this weekend. THANKS BOSS.




Also, I think my mail lady decided to take a long weekend. Again. Which means my package will be held until Monday. If she decides to come then.

Well, it looks like they forgot to pick up my package. Today's one of those days...

I can't stand the smell of old bacon. I hate when it gets cooked even in our house because it just lingers even the next day. I remember living in duplex, ugh those smells were horrible.

Yes, I hate that as well!!

I had my final today.

I didn't finish it, but basically no one did.

Someone needs to buy my house.......its not technically for sale but there is an opportunity we want to jump on....and it all hinges on us finding a buyer quickly.

I'm still tortured by the math final I took a few days ago. There was a question with fraction with a fraction as its numerator. I have absolutely no memory of dealing with the denominator of the fraction in the numerator. I think I just dealt with the numerator of the numerator fraction and plopped it on top of the overall denominator and solved.

The TAs tend to be loving gentle people so I'm hoping that they have mercy lol.

Also, I just found out today that this test was worth 20%. I thought it was worth 10%. Which is a little crushing, especially since I am currently doing not-badly in the course.

Denis is having a boys night, I'm not sure what I want to do tonight and I still don't have any friends here for a night out yet. Le bummer.

My OH does that ... I have friends but we only have 1 car so ... Lol kinda puts a buzz kill on any "friends night out" that I might want to do, because for MY friends would be hearing "lets to out tonight .... Oh but wait ... I need a ride to & from wherever we go :/"

Our Disney trip was incredible but all too soon... It's over and we are headed home. Leaving is always so sad
