Also, I have been reporting any spam I see, does that help or just annoy you guys? I wasn't sure.

I was wondering the same thing.

This would EASILY be the largest thread on Chazhound inside of a 1/2 hour if we put all spam threads here!

And as far as helping/annoying.........it doesn't annoy me when it's reported, and especially when it's a POST inside someone else's thread I find it helpful to get those reports 'cause we may not see them.

For every spam thread/post you guys see on the forum.......there are at LEAST 100 more that gets snagged in a net and we have to moderate and ban the user to get them off the forum.

truly it was not a set up--but how perfect was it? I didn't even ban them, since they cooperated so nicely.

It does help when you report it. Those are only the ones that you all can see. There are HUNDREDS (perhaps thousands in 24 hours) that get 'moderated" (or held) that still have to be banned/cleared. It has become a full-time job for several of us--which then leaves little time to actually participate in the forum. It's very frustrating at this point--so I made this thread out of frustration. Let's hope some others join it....:lol-sign:
