Last night was the night from Hell! If Brian doesn't come home tonight I may cry lol. I wasn't sleeping well to start with then about 3:30 Hannah has an accident. I get her changed out of her PJ's, take the first set of sheets and waterproof pad off the bed, get her back in and she says "The sheet is wet"... no it's not..."it's wet"... it can't be..."feel it". sure enough, it's wet. WAterproof my BUTT! her accident was so bad it somehow leaked through the waterproof sheet. So in the course of cleaning that up I come out to the living room to find Belle has resentment issues because Brian isn't home and PEED on the carpet in the living room. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then it took Hannah two HOURS to go back to sleep in our bed (since I was out of sheets to put on her bed). the alarm clock went off way too early today

My life goal right now is to be warm since its been so cold out. I don't have a winter coat that fits though as both I have had since grade 10 (so 7 years ago...). So I went to get a new one... Yeah apparently I'm oddly shaped and nothing fits me except a $500 Canada goose jacket. I want that one anyways just got to save up a bit for it. Sigh. I went to 5 stores trying to find one at a decent price that fits nicely and no dice.

I hear you on the cold. Dogs that you have to go out with, and wait while they decide it's too cold to go, so you go in, and they decide they have to go out, but when you get out......three times this morning with two of them.

I can't stop shivering. Sitting in front of the space heater thinking good grief winter has just begun. How many days til spring?

So I went and did my fingerprinting stuff yesterday and now I just have to sit around waiting to be told when I can go back to work. This sucks so bad. I have bills to pay and Christmas is right around the corner. I hate this. I don't even know how soon I'll get paid again.

*sigh* Guys, I just want a dog that needs a winter jacket, is that so much to ask? Some one replace my thermally efficient dogs with some nekkid ones. We have all of our Boxers, Weims, Vizslas, and APBTs coming to work with their adorable jackets in tow for when we take an outside break. LOL. Even Macky doesn't need coat when she gets cut down with a 5 blade, unless it's below 20 degrees. I'm not into clothes on dogs (just don't like how they look) but **** it, I love doggie jackets.

Hey, my guys get jackets! But only for when it's really windy out as a windbreaker, not really because the air is cold. =P
and also because it's cute.

I'm starving but I switched lunches with my co-worker so I could call and talk to the new company about their offer. BUT I'M STARVING.

We think Savannah might have Staph and has passed it onto Morgan (we thought they were ant bites from him finding a bed of them BUT now with hers............

Her insurance will not cover her HYPOALLERGENIC formula but it will cover Alcohol deterant. So if she was a drunk and wanted to stop drinking they would pay for that but a infant with an allergy? Screw em.

Do what I did, adopt a saluki from Qatar! :p If it's below 12 degrees he's ready for his sweater or his coat or his hoodie or a combination of the three! His wardrobe is rapidly growing and he will probably need another better coat once it gets reeeally cold.
It's not that great having to buy doggy clothes.... They are getting expensive! :lol-sign:

Now my rant!
Is it really too much to ask that the constant bull Poopie that is my life slows to a trickle even for a few months? All I want is to enjoy my new dog and spend time training him and the two dunder heads I already have. But noooooooo.
Work is rapidly descended into the depths of hell and every day is a nightmare there, my younger brothers are both being assholes and not even trying to act remotely like responsible people which stresses me out because my poor mom is beyond stressed out. Just take your **** medication, go to **** school and try to pull your lives together you morons!
Whew! All done :D

I have a cough.

I have to drive up to the other end of the valley for the second time today to tutor and I don't feel like it. My foot is asleep.

Someone grade my reports for me? I didn't mind doing it the first time, but they were allowed redoes and I just don't even feel like it.

We had a ridiculous work meeting today (my day off). Not only did I have to pay a sitter for this, but we just go over the same things every time.

The two people who like fostering kittens complained and said everyone should have to (those who are techs..receptionists dont' have to do pet things). I do not foster kittens. Fostering was not mentioned when I was hired oh so many years ago. In fact, it seemed much less common for us to have so many kittens dropped off until one tech in particular started taking them (because she was very gung ho about such things) and that opened the flood gates for people to accept every single kitten that people steal from outdoors. (if a mother cat is off getting food, the kittens must be abandoned, you know) We certainly don't get paid to take anything home. I have zero free time at home, and my sleep is limited as it is due to a child who has yet to sleep through the night at almost two. I think I'd kill myself if I have to go back to getting up every two hours. Not to mention, I have several predatory dogs who will be unbearable if there are mouselike kittens in the house. We won't even mention how many kittens are dropped off with ringworm. Gross.

I hear you. I've been getting into arguments about taking some hand feeding birds home for the holidays. I now have a cat in my bedroom while we figure out his issues and it has made it unsafe for me to bring baby birds home. I'm not real interested in inconveniencing myself anymore.

I'm trying to convince DH that selling the car here in Montana, flying Montana to Mississippi, visiting family, and then flying AGAIN Mississippi to Italy is not a good idea. Between Zander, shipping him twice, having to get a health clearance twice (which if I recall correctly, each only lasts 10 days and required a re-do of rabies), PLUS throwing money on a flight down there, PLUS not having a car while we are down there, etc...etc..etc...

It's not a good idea. It's just not.

What is wrong with driving down there ($1500 cheaper) leaving the car with BIL and SIL and flying out of Memphis airport? WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT?!

Men make things complicated.

Definitely like your idea better.
I love to fly, don't get me wrong, but if I have a chance to drive over fly, driving always wins.

Okay.

So . . . my parents have these friends they visit and every so often they'll have dinner at their house. Mom always takes something, but no one will eat any of it and she gets her feelings hurt.

The other day she took over about a dozen of those cupcakes I made, even after I reminded her that they won't eat anything she brings and there's no point in wasting the effort and getting her feelings hurt again.

But who listens to me . . .

Now, the reason they won't eat anything is because we *gasp* have dogs. In. The. House.

I'm never sick and, as far as colds, flu, etc., my parents are rarely ill.

These people are sick with colds, flu, sore throats, bronchitis, pneumonia, you name it, ALL THE FREAKING TIME, and yet, Gloria doesn't have any problem at all with cooking while she (and everyone in the house) is sick and contagious and sharing it with others.

But you'll die if you eat food from a house where there are dogs in the house.

Someone (online) just expressed to me their opinion that mental illness is made up and people who commit suicide don't deserve any compassion, and it's made me feel really... sad. :[

Juno's skin looks AWFUL today. :( It had been looking sooo good and now the past day or two, all these pustules have cropped up!! Which is totally different from what normally happens when her skin gets bad - usually it's just a rash. And it's not even contained to just a small section on her abdomen anymore either, she has little bumps creeping up the sides of her chest and on her thighs. What the heck :(

They're not itchy which is good. But SIIIIGH. Drenched her in her skin spray tonight and tomorrow she's getting a good bath. And if that doesn't help then I guess we'll have to go to the vet for some band-aid drugs and we'll start over again. Ugh.
