Moments that make you go What The...?

Today after bowling with the co op Hannah and I came home and sat down to work on some reading. Just the two of us home and everything is completely silent. no music, no TV ... just us practicing reading words quietly in the living room

suddenly we hear this

and I had NO Idea where it could be coming from or why lol

I will admit I was scared for a second. hannah was running away down the hallway and I was like :yikes: What the HECK is THAT? that's a scary sound to hear unexpectedly when you are only home with one other person and they sitting right across from you. I wondered if we were about to have an X files moment lol

Somehow my timer was set on my phone and when it went off it was set to the sci fi ringer lol

I felt mighty foolish after discovering it was just a ringtone on my phone but... yeah. not one of my finer moments

:rofl1: I can picture Hannah running away down the hall! hahaha

LOL it was humorous... after I figured out what was making the noise and that I wasn't about to die lol

but today is just not my day. I just had ANOTHER moment.

Hannah has her little castle tent set up in her room and I guess one of the supports came untied. I was going to fix it when I came back up from getting her sheets from the dryer while she brushed her teeth.

I went in her room and decided to hang up a dress before I started with the tent and then I heard something moving in the tent. I thought it was probably beezer... he likes pink girly tents LOL and then a hand came out and grabbed my leg... and I SCREAMED lol

It was Brian of course but I had no idea he was in there. I assumed he was in the bathroom with Hannah while she brushed her teeth. if I wasn't so nice he'd be familiar with the couch tonight :rofl1:

Although a few weeks ago I was sitting here and I heard my phone alarm going off, this Bubbles ringtone. And I looked at my phone and it was beside me (not ringing)...and I was SO confused..and then I realized one of the birds had figured out how to mimic it..hahaha. Now they are all doing it, I was downstairs earlier and all I can hear is them all chirping out the bubbles.

HAHA that is AWESOME!!!!!
