This is what my hair normally looks like. (I know I've posted this picture tons but I literally have no other pictures of me on Flickr with my hair down. Weird.)

This is what my hair looks like wet after I condition it more and shampoo it less and scrunch it up with gel.

And this is what it looks like today after I sprayed it with water and scrunched it again.

MAGIC I SAY (this thread doesn't really have a point, I just wanted to show off my new curly hair)

LOL. I couldn't think of a better one. Plus it really is like magic - I've never ever had natural curls!! :p

It looks so cute. I love a little bit of that casual look...so non contrived.

I work at that with my short hair. I have a little bit of natural curl, but it takes some mousse and scrunching to get it going.

Anyhow, your hair is magic! LOL. Looks good.

You can also try instead of just scrunching sectioning your hair and twisting them....let them sit like that for awhile (with gel in them) and then shake out. I have naturally wavy hair and get pretty much full on curl when I do that:)

Sleeping with little mini buns in is fun too....except my hair doesnt dry overnight so it takes longer

Its fun having hair that will easily go straight or curly - can make it fit the mood (sometimes lol if its cooperating)

Thanks!! I only do casual looks because I'm really lazy (and also I get up 15 minutes before I have to leave for work). :p

Thank you!

Oooh I might have to try the twisty thing this weekend! I'm so excited that I have options now - before if I wanted curly hair I had to either fry it with the curling iron or spend a ridiculous amount of time with these fancy curlers that let your hair dry naturally. Yay for not having to destroy my hair anymore. Lol.

Embrace the curly ;) My hair is naturally curly.. I finally stopped fighting with it a few years ago.

Takes me like.. 10min. to diffuse in the AM. I shower, put product in, then put it up in an old long sleeved t-shirt while I do everything else so it dries quite a bit, then diffuse. Super easy.
