I'm adding it 1-2 times a day right now. It doesn't leak when it's sitting there, it only leaks when it's running - and it seems mostly when it's moving. There is coolant splattered all over the underneath of my car because it comes out when it's moving and I can't pin down where it's coming from. I just did a coolant flush Wednesday so I think I cleaned out some dirt that was plugging a hole or something, or something isn't connected right. I just don't have enough downtime in daylight hours to thoroughly check it.

There is always that. And I watched the "Parting Of The Ways" again this morning. It's STILL SAD. Despite the fact that I definitely definitely prefer Ten to Nine, I still love Nine.
And Eleven is definitely growing on me, but he's almost more like Nine than Ten......

My mother is staring me down - we've had a Clytemnestra & Electra thang going on for some time now.
We were having a family meeting to discuss what should happen in the next several weeks and what our individual contingency plans were. Mom said she could probably arrange something with her brother - my dad and I immediately reeled back and said that wasn't ok for us but that she could go ahead if she liked. She starts yelling about that meaning us going our different ways bla bla bla - I chime in with "We never see each other under this roof anyways nor do we really enjoy each other's company - so what would the difference be?"
"......" from her for about 2 minutes. My dad carries on and asks me about my plans.
I tell him I'll try calling up a few friends, co-workers etc. See what I can scrounge up and then go from there.
He asks my brother what he plans - he looked up for all of about 4 seconds from his game of Guild Wars to say "Dunno, couch surf."
Then finally dad says he plans to try calling up friends/relatives he thinks are viable to help out himself and perhaps Motel-ing it if things get really bad. I say our primary objective should still be holding onto the roof that we are currently under and dealing with Mortgage assistance, the bank, and our accountant - dad agrees and we start talking between ourselves. Mom flares up and yells about how we are against her and my brother. This turns the whole thing into a shouting match between the 4 of us complete with tears, cursing, finger pointing, name calling, and a broken mug and plate. Dad just walks out and I follow suit.
If they get divorced as a culmination of this and the past...15 years or so between them - I wouldn't be surprised. Perhaps time apart for them would be the best thing - regardless of whether or not we lose the house. We're all adults now - it's time to face facts for ourselves and each other.
But for now, Mission Save our f&cking house is in full swing.

Having to rethink our schooling plans with Bev and we cant decide what to do since we dont know what to expect right now with therapy (had a appt but it got cancled with Savannah being in the hospital). Want to homeschool but dont know if we will have the time and if we do she will be dragged to all Morgans therapy appts if shes in school I can schedule them for then but I dont want plans to change for her because of Morgan and UGH.
I'm sorry you may have to change your plans... but the nice thing is you can always change in the future if you decide to. Sending her to school now doesn't have to mean you can't ever homeschool her if the time is right and vice versa

I've found that being with other homeschooling moms with experience has really helped me with support and a general knowledge of what to expect. Just having other moms to talk to about concerns and getting it off your chest really helps.

Yeah mostly the yahoo sites are used for events and such but when you move there if you could make a couple events and network with a few of the moms... big help. I went through a phase last year where I was like "OMG... we are coming up on Kindergarten. It's official. I CAN'T do this." I FREAKED out lol. I was ready to throw in the towel without even trying (NOT saying this is what you are doing. I understand where you are coming from). I was so afraid lol. So I joined one of the local co ops. BEST thing I have ever done. It's nice for Hannah but the benefit for me was so beyond what I expected.
It was so nice to know that every one of those moms had times where they freaked out, too and that they were just normal moms just like me. Just having that support from moms who have been there was priceless to me (still is, that's why I joined two co ops this year LOL)
the nice thing about kindergarten is there isn't much you have to sit down and do curriculum wise. It's the perfect age for learning on the go. Wherever you go there is a lesson that can come from it. Hannah and I don't do a lot of "sit at your desk and do this" type work other than working on writing and crafts.
The other day we were out in the garden and found a lady bug. we kept the lady bug for an hour and made some observations, went online and found a couple fun worksheets about the parts of a lady bug and the lifecycle of a lady bug and then we did a craft. Took about 15 minutes and we had a science lesson under our belts. At this age you don't have to do a lot of structured stuff. Not to mention 15-20 minutes at a time is about all Hannah can stand at this age to have to sit and just do work. So we do a lot of learning through play and playing off of her natural curiousity.

Hmmm i didnt think about that. Plus Im sure the museums would make up for having to sit with her brother at therapy. We can practice her letters and what not there. The museum does "classes" like cooking and reading group and making things. To learn and its free for members.

Make your argument. Make your point. Give your opinion.. in a way that does not compare the systematic cruel forced TORTURE, experimentation and hateful murder of nearly 5 million people to an elective medical procedure a women does on her OWN body preformed on something that is not yet even close to being a human being or capable of living on it's own without the host body.
If you have a true argument, you can make it without using the memory of the genocide of 5 million people as emotional blackmail.
