So at my work we all have pictures of our pets on the counter. I just got to work and was informed by a coworker that a customer was checking out and pointed to my picture of Frodo and said "oh my god, that corgi is WAY underweight!"

Good freaking lord. I would be scared to see what her pets look like. And it's not even like Frodo is at a great weight, if anything he is a little chunky for my liking!!

Frodo will be happy to hear that he needs way more food in his starving little belly though.

Ps: I will respond to the colorado thread tonight when I'm not on my phone.

Pss: it's stupid, but that comment has put me in a bad mood, when for most people I think it would be a compliment!

If it makes you feel better my parental unit keeps commenting on how fat my dogs are. >.< Thanks mom and dad, who had no concept of a healthy weight for dogs until I introduced you to it. Also, fat dogs happen when you 1) suck at doing math, 2) have two dogs who gets FAR less than the proper math says and one dog who gets FAR more than the proper math says, and 3) pre-package your food a month out. I told them both to suck it and promptly felt better but I guess that's not an option for you. :p

(And yes, everyone is now on the proper amount of food. Hooray for skinny dogs lol.)

You can barely even see his body in the picture!!

I was talking to a different coworker about it and she said when his picture was first up a different customer said "who the hell names their poor dog Frodo?" :(

Poor Frodo, maybe I should rehome him or just put him out of his misery.

Fortunately most people just mush over how adorable he is.

Here you go. Now you can replace the picture at work, and no longer have to suffer in misery and depression over having such a poor, pathetically emaciated Corgi. I've also taken the liberty of renaming your dog for you, since no person in their right mind would consider a name like "Frodo." His new name shall be Lardhat, which I found suitable with relation to his newfound physique, and should please your most valuable and oh-so-knowledgeable clientele.

LMAO @ Sevensins!!! That picture is amazing... it looks more like Fozzie. ;)

I've noticed Frodo is looking really good, but never would I call him underweight! Just ideal. Which in and of itself is an accomplishment with a Corgi. She's probably just totally delusional, because you really don't ever see a Corgi who isn't chubby.

Frodo should be re-named Chunk! Nah I love the name Frodo. I've had my dog names picked on, by people who name their dogs "Buddy" and "Baby Girl".
