Ladies of Chaz-land, I need sports bra recommendations. Reviewing my agility videos now I have some pretty rough bouncing. I don't have huge boobs or anything but I'm not flat chested either.

So recommendations? I don't know where to start haha.

Duct tape?

I remember one event that ended up being filmed, and I think it was Scent hurdle, and the comment was made.... ladies, please, buy better bras!

We did use duct tape at one flyball weekend, one team member had a shoulder injury so it took three of us to tape the shoulder so it didn't dislocate, one had a bum knee and had to have it wrapped and my darling dog missed the toy on the runback and chomped my hand rather well, didn't need to be bandaged but it was easier to have it wrapped than it was to shake hands all day in pain.

Lol!

Do you play scenthurdle? Izzie's currently in training for our team down here, hopefully she'll be ready for our club's show in November but who knows. It's certainly not my favourite thing to practise (I'm an agility addict, most other things bore me to death).

I have huge boobs. It sucks.

Anyways, my general rule is if I'm going to be running or active to double up and wear two bras. I do notice it tends to help. One tight fitting bra and then one 'all encompassing' bra on top of that.

Nike pro compression sports bras (they are made for martial artists or something I believe..) are the only kind that hold me together when I'm running. They are super comfy as well (well, for a sports bra anyway lol) and at about $30 a pop..have been really worth it for me personally. I can't work out or focus with the girls bouncing all over the **** place.

I've also heard good things about Champion's sports bras from other runners.

Yep, that's what I use too.

VS just came out with a sports bra, too, I think.

Yeah the Nike sports bra would be your best bet IMO. They keep everything under control yet don't constrict one's chest or breathing. I have by no means big boobs but they aren't miniscule either - and it does the job for me when at gym, running, working etc.

The under armor bras are okay but I still have to double up on them. Of course I have DDDs so most people can probably get away with less.
