Also, just asked one of the sales guys who worked at Toyota until this week when he moved down here to Subaru...anyway, he said you probably just got one of the random bad ones, because no one trades in a Lexus after two years "just because". You should have some ground to stand on Because it was a CPO car and it should have passed a multi-point inspection before being offered for sale. The RX350 is a relatively new model and New models can have more issues than ones longer established.

Well we went to the dealership and dropped it back off. Let me just say it was the most unprofessional customer service I've ever seen. The manager is getting a call Monday.

Be sure to complain to the company itself too and not just at that one dealership. Also might be a good idea to throw some bad reviews up and post on a fb page or twitter.


And for the love of God, I don't care how tight your budget is or how nice the sales people are, DO NOT BUY a Kia or Hyundai. Just...don't.
Just wanted to add my mechanic that I trust 100% and has never steered me wrong said the exact same thing. Said they were throwaway cars with cheap parts and should just spend a couple thousand more to get a decent car.
