Courtney's collar she won :-)

So a good Ibizan friend and mentor makes deerskin collars, they are gorgeous! Awhile back we made a guess as to which dog would go BOB in the ring and won So she hand made Courtney a collar with our TQ colors ( a certain bloodline in our breed) So I had to share, this collar is just gorgeous and the softest collar I've ever layed hands on!





And of course..a squirrel on our walk

Love it! Deerskin would be perfect for Tallulah since it's so soft. She gets chafed way too easily.

That is why I love it for Courtney, Ibizans have tendency to lose neck hair due to wearing a collar alot, so it is perfect for her

I had a pair of deerskin gloves that I loved for years.

So did a "friend." I've got a piece of deerskin stashed back and need to make myself another pair!

awesome! My dad does leather collars, so I'm trying to convince him to start making some deerskin ones, but he said its pretty pricey

I bought a piece when I was buying leather for trim on wrestling costumes -- caught it on sale. There's an upholstery fabric outlet in a small town nearby that sells all sorts of different hides and, as soon as my size settles, down, I fully intend to make myself some leather jackets, maybe one for Tallulah
