Oh my gosh the mac and cheese.

We just got our first in the state this winter. We were ordering it from work at least once a week.

Yes you have to ask for the bread bowl.

I worked there for over two years. Def chicken frontega panini! Though it might be cold if you are ordering out.

Get the You Pick 2. You can get the soup in a bread bowl, half a sandwich, and then a baguette, chips, or an apple as your side!

I wish they would put some other options in/near my town like Panera..so good. The soups are great, I love love love the Sierra Turkey sandwich. The cinnamon crunch bagels are heavenly.

I am so GLAD the closest one here is in Knoxville, and even though a couple of the writing groups meet at one of the Paneras eating gluten free keeps me out of trouble, lol. I would gain SO freaking much weight . . .

I do really appreciate the way the Panera in Knoxville supports local writers. They host book readings/signings on a regular basis.

You can get your mac and cheese in a bread bowl too. They will ask "really?" in a judgmental way, but you can. Carb overload, but so worth it :D
That's because everyone who worked there looked up the calories of that combo when it first came out :rofl1: But yes, amazing.
