And that is exactly why I don't click random links without knowing how safe it is.

Three words..BME Pain Olympics. I don't think ANY video will ever top that one. If you look it up...be warned NSFW NSFW NSFW. Not safe for kids and not safe for 99% of adults! I really don't recommend you look it up though..it's probably the gold medal winner of extreme internet videos.

This is like debating whether nuts should have "contains nuts" written on them..... Like DUH.

Bizarre, weird, not for the sensitive..... What did people think they were clicking.

...if reddit can put in NSFW tags then so can Chaz...
Or... the request can be ridiculed and belittled. Whatevs. People are responsible for their own behavior, whether it's clicking links/not clicking links or being/not being courteous, and the sun will still rise in the east tomorrow. :)

LOL this reminds me of a can of tomato soup. As I was waiting for the soup to heat up I decided to read the label and it said "MAY contain tomatoes or tomato products" MAY contain tomatoes? I **** sure HOPE it does lol it's tomato soup for crying out loud :rofl1:

Ugh, I don't even want to think about stuff like that. We bought what we though was crab meat the other day. Turns out its just random seafood flavored to taste like crab. :yikes: GROSS

What the heck did I just see?

Ohhh man that was weird. Really weird. I really don't understand anime, give me some good old Doctor Who please :p

Ha, as a side note, my parents have never given me the 'talk.' I'm 17!! I think they just forgot, seeing as how I'm the 5th child. Oh well, less awkwardness for me! :D

I fail to see much sexuality in this video, honestly. Maybe I'm just dense. I don't see sex as the "message" of the video at all, and it's WAY less offensive to me than 90% of the hip hop music videos out there...

I actually thought it was kind of cool. Like something you'd see in a dream.

Also, the kittens with myotonia congenita are really interesting to me because my boyfriend has that disease too. In humans (very rarely is it found in humans) the muscle contractions are not nearly as violent, but there is definitely occasional stiffness and a lot of pain.

The first thing I thought when watching the video was "what the hell is this doing on Chaz?". I really just don't even know what I just watched. I guess I will never like anime- but that was just bizarre, and really not something I would ever expect to see on Chaz.

Just for the record, in the years I've been here, I've seen things from all ends of the spectrum on chaz. That is why we have sub forums, and especially the Hydrant. Many different interests for many interesting members. :)

Regardless of tags, there was plenty of caution given to would be clickers IMO. Clicked it and have clickers remorse? Learn better than to click next time. Don't let nosiness take over. *shrugs*

I don't like anime in good or bad taste. Generational thing maybe? IDK

Thank GOODNESS - I think you're the first (along with another Chazzer on this thread) to say that you didn't like Wolf's Rain. Everyone else tells me it is mindblowingly amazing. Frankly, I did not like it at all, and tried to watch it on multiple occasions. It just didn't do anything for me. The characters, the style, the futuristic aspect, the story line, the dialogue, the subplots... just didn't like it. I think I remember the picture quality was nice? And that was pretty much it.
Can add me to that list :/

I love anime. Haven't watched too much lately but I use to watch shows just because it was anime and at the time it wasn't all over the internet like it is now. I just thought it had a mediocre story and mediocre art.

I love certain animes, I'll watch pretty much anything but 90% of the stuff I watch I don't really like it's just something new to see.
"Voices of a Distant Star" had me bawling I might add, whoever it was that mentioned that one.

Me. THANKS FOR REMEMBERING GEEZ :p

That was my favorite of Makoto Shinkai's. It seemed different from his other films, which I found pleasantly surprising (not that I don't enjoy his others as well).

Yeah, I mean, it's not horrendous, but it's not good. Add that to the fact that I rather looked forward to watching it (was in my "wolves are so badass and the coolest things ever" phase)... just pretty flat out disappointing. I was probably scowling the entire time.

I was the other one who wasn't thrilled with Wolf's Rain, I think. It was all hype, no result. I always felt like huge parts of the story were missing, too. And they never filled you in. Just ended it all rather...poorly.

Inuyasha was another one that was so hype and mainstream. Loved it in my teenager days, but looking back....OMG it was so terrible!

I think it's all about taste. I adore Wolf's Rain, I find it absolutely beautiful, and I thought the ending was brilliant, especially when I fully understood it and considering the mythology surrounding it.

I can't stand most anime, though. Despised Samarai Champloo, and the various "light-hearted" anime I've seen. Cowboy Bebop was good, as was Studio Ghibli's films.
