I need new music on my iPod! I have such a large variety of music, but I am tired of the same old thing over and over. I typically listen to country the most, some pop, but I have a lot of classic rock and movie sountracks, too

Right now, I am listening to the Carpenters  I have been really liking 'older' music lately... yes, I am all over the place LOL

Any suggestions??

This is easy because I just recommended some songs on FB :p These are just some from a random playlist on my phone, so there is anything from Christian to Pop. I put a heart by my absolute favorite, but they are all my fave! LOL

-Fine By Me (<3) and Keep Your Head Up by Andy Grammer
-Soldier (<3) and Where You Are by Gavin DeGraw
-Entire "My Kinda Party" album by Jason Aldean
-I Won't Give Up by Jason Mraz
-Never Alone by Jim Brickman and Lady Antebellum (old song)
-For You by Keith Urban
-Good Times by Sam Cooke
-Breathe by Ryan Star
-I Hope This Gets To You by The Daylights (<3)
-Daddy's Baby Girl and I Will Find You by Jimmy Needham
-The One You Need by Shane & Shane
-Even If It Breaks Your Heart by Eli Young Band (<3)
-(Kissed You) Good Night by Gloriana
-Springsteen by Eric Church (<3)
-Glass and I Got You by Thompson Square
-Ho Hey by The Lumineers (<3)
-Cowboys and Angels by Dustin Lynch
-Home by Phillip Phillips (<3)
-Angel Eyes by Love and Theft
-You and Me by Parachute
-If There Was No You by Brandi Carlile (<3)
-Overwhelmed by Tim McMorris (<3)

Quite a list so hopefully you'll find at least one you like :D

Right now I'm stuck on a little female/male couple called Karmin.
They made a whole cover album, and she can RAP lol Its funny but at the same time its amazing how fast she can go. Kind of reminds me of Busta Rhymes.
I love their song "Brokenhearted".

And I'm also on an Eminem craze and currently Spotify has Alison Krauss playing <3

Btw; Spotify is AWESOME!

I tend to obsess over certain types of music for a few months then move on to something else. I've been listening to 90% Snow Patrol lately since a friend got me hooked.

I just go and pick through the 69cent songs under new releases occasionally. I have such random taste in music it works out but no one else can stand to listen to my ipod. But they have stuff bunched from the 80s,90s, 2000s and into summer songs etc and then it makes me think of other songs.

I've been on a really big Blue October kick lately.

Chameleon boy
Italian Radio http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CftXWBbAD5A<-- this version not the weird softer version that floats around
HRSA
Sexual Powertrip

http://www.metacafe.com/watch/6907407/aqua_timez_alones/ <-- for some
nice Japanese-y goodness.

http://www.animelyrics.com/anime/bleach/lifeislikeaboat.htm <- yes it is at an anime site but it is the official music video by the artist and not the ending cut. Mellow song but really pretty.

Hmm...

Charlotte Gainsbourg - IRM, 555, Stage Whisper, and Lemon Incest if you're into 80's Euro pop.
David Bowie - Ziggy Stardust, Scary Monsters, Aladdin Sane, Man Who Sold The World
Kate Bush - Kick Inside, Hounds of Love, The Dreaming
Serge Gainsbourg - Melody Nelson and Homme Tete Chou
Weezer - Pinkerton
Xiu Xiu's newer albums
Iggy Pop - The Idiot, Raw Power
Nick Cave (and Bad Seeds) - From Her to Eternity
Wonder Girls - Wonder World (in Korean) - VERY energetic dance music
Amanda Lear - I am a Photograph

I love you officially now. I lost all his songs though a while back on my computer crash except for the Rent soundtrack.
I love you for knowing his stuff! It's a little outside my usual style, but I can't get enough of it.
