PW - I sincerely hope there is video of your caterpillar-ness. Also, I'm really glad I got the majority of my stupid drinking out of the way before camera phones became popular. :rofl1:
There was, though I couldn't tell you where it is now :rofl1:
Not my best moment. Although it was probably better than me running down the street after a stray cat and screaming "why am I not drunk ALL the time?!" later that night

I was mixing cheap cheap vodka with vitamin water that night. I will never ever touch that flavor vitamin water ever again.

My suggestion for someone looking to try a drink is a Malibu Bay Breeze.

It's coconut rum, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice. It is the only drink that I can order anywhere and finish without getting a couple sips down, deciding it's nasty, and handing it off to Ryan, who can drink anything.

Nah, I suck at being 21, too. After my birthday, my boyfriend and his dad took us to a casino...and we didn't gamble. LOL Played a few slots, but after about two bucks we said, "Why do we want to gamble away this perfectly good money? This is like two tanks of gas!" so we just sat around and people watched and talked.

I've been 21 for five months now and still haven't been to a bar/pub/what have you. Have no desire to. We keep some wine coolers or flavored beers in the fridge and have tried enough various brands to know what we like and don't like. We've just recently started trying various hard alcohols.

I've been "drunk" twice...both time just the very happy buzzed kind where hand/eye coordination becomes something you have to think about for a second. Both times in the past three weeks, too. LOL I have no desire to ever get drunk in public, or to get drunk enough that I am either puking, can't remember what I did, or waking up with a hangover the next morning (or all three). But sitting down at home, watching a movie, and sharing some drinks with Mike? That's fun.

OMG, that sounds amazing. I love pineapple, I love cranberry, I love coconut, and I love rum. <3

The one major stoopid night I well...kinda remember...blessed our memory can be spotty with really embarrassing stuff. I was about 17 and we went to see a movie about The Doors, perfect...

for those of you from later generations Jim Morrison was this amazing looking vocalist who became a fat pathetic cartoon of himself before dying and/or faking his death to live in exile...depending who you believe...due to alcoholism and a whole buncha chemicals.

So here we were on line to get into this way cool movie and someone had a half gallon of grapefruit juice, somebody else had vodka...darn long wait in that line...I got to the ladies room somehow...

and there were these other girls with their heads over and under the stall...and the sound of them telling my boyfriend " Your chick is sick" and him carrying me home mewing and puking...didn't drink grapefruit juice for years and never touched vodka again

Moscato for sure, sangria too. Both very sweet fruity wines.

As for the person who likes blue moon, that's disgusting. Stout and draught all the way.

I was bad at being 21 too - never drank before 21, and had like 2 sips of a margarita on my 21st LOL. I've never been drunk, just buzzed, and don't intend to ever get past slight buzz level ever. I hate not being in control LOL. I'm a cheap date too - I'll get buzzed on half of a glass of wine. o_O

Fave drinks: soft red wine, lemon drop martini (omg yum), vodka with some sort of fruit juice. A friend of mine and I tried mudslides this weekend - yea waaay to strong for my liking. :p

That's exactly what my aversion to alcohol has always been! I was never worried about the taste (although I don't know how something that smells so awful could ever taste good), I just don't like the thought of losing control of my judgment and whatnot.

Ok the pedalpub sounds like about the COOLEST thing ever hahaha
It was super fun! Even without drinking lol. I wasn't actually able to pedal since I'm too short hahahah but it's apparently QUITE the workout to get the thing moving... I'm sure it's really fun doing it after you've got a few drinks into you. =P

It's ok... I have single handedly made up for all of you together over my lifetime!

I'm a terrible drunk, I can't help myself. I like a drink, but its pretty cultural over here ;) I rarely drink through the week, just at weekends. I don't get drunk every weekend either! But when I do....

I have been a drunken mess more times I can count. So sleep well knowing I'm being 21 properly for all of you. Just promise me you'll get me home safe afterwards.

Ps.... I'm 31 this year lol

I had a big exam the day after my 21st birthday so we ended up going to Olive Garden and just getting a glass of wine. It was kind of dull to be honest. My friends and I rarely partied. I did however try a lot of different drinks prior to being 21 and I have been drunk a number of times, but I've never been a fan of bars. I like getting together with my close friends at home and having a few and a good time. Bars just seem kind of sketchy to me. I don't think I'd trust myself to be drunk and around people I don't know.

I'm 33, and still have never been drunk. I've never had more than a total of probably 5 sips of alcoholic drinks in my life. It just doesn't appeal to me at all, in taste or in possible consequences. I may have been bad at being 21, but I'm good at being an adult ;)

All I know is I can't just drink something straight from the bottle, even as a shot...smells and tastes too much like hand sanitizer. LOL

Yep, that's exactly how I described it. Not that I've ever tasted hand sanitizer lol but the way it smells is the exact same way this wine cooler tasted! When you say the flavor is "strawberry daiquiri," is it so much to ask that it actually taste fruity??!

To which my brother replies: "no one drinks alcohol because it tastes good. People just drink it to get drunk." Thanks for the enlightenment, bro.

I'm sure I'll try different things now and then, but this weekend it was just so expected of me, I didn't even want to touch it. As odd as it sounds I think my family really would have enjoyed seeing me at least get buzzed.

See now that's a lie. Plenty of people, myself included, drink for the taste. Personally i love rum and whiskey, and i drink both straight. People who drink just to get wasted probably shouldn't drink.
