We are having soooooooo much fun with the clicker!!!

Bodhi is 7 this year, and with all good intentions, we've never used it much... well she LOVES it. And picks stuff up sooooooo quickly. We only really got going on shaping yesterday and we already have a new move down (nothing fancy) and her putting her 2 paws on a marker. 2 10min sessions or so.

Please tell me why we didn't do this sooner??? Guess I've been lazy the past few years....

I haven't seen bo so happy learning for a long time, I almost feel guilty!!!!

Going to have to cut her food back though and split her meal into training treats!!!!

Feels like when I 1st got her again :D

We are having the same experience. Bandit is seven next month and I have never had more fun training him. I never really got into the clicker that much before. I'd use it every now and again but I didn't know enough about it to truly get the results. Now I know a lot more, ask questions when we are stuck and just use it as a tool to communicate and half fun with my dog. He loves his clicker and our relationship has never been better.

I love clickers.

Clicker training is awesome. I shaped Enzo into bowing on command. The cue? "BOW TO YOUR MASTER!"

Isn't it fun!! :D

99% of the time I have no goal in mind when I train. I just love clicking for random things and seeing what Juno decides to do with it.
