I just ordered some shoes and just wanted to share how COMFY they are! I wear heels and wedges almost every day to work and it's always a struggle to find something that is cute AND comfortable.

The company is called Spring Step and they make some REALLY cute shoes! I ordered two different pairs and they are offically my most comfortable wedge sandals.

So... where do you get work appropriate shoes from? Any brands you've found that have just been awesome?

I have fallen in love with naturalizer this year. I used to wear heels every day when I had a desk job and was sitting for a majority of the day, but as a teacher my feet can't handle it. I wear flats 3-4 days a week now, and naturalizer has some really cute, comfortable ones for around $40/pair.

You have to wade through some weird old lady shoes, but there are lots of cute styles mixed in.

Edit: Yikes, Zappo's is waaay more expensive than going into the store! They want $89 for the same shoes I got for $45 last month!

Zappos is expensive for certain shoes and bags. I really like the site 6pm.com as well. Pretty sure they're owned by Zappos.

I wear sneakers to work (and jeans and a t-shirt. be jealous.) and I currently wear a pair of Columbia's.

Really hoping soon I can splurge and buy myself a nice pair of Keen trail shoes!

Want Want Want!

(my work shoes are also my non-work shoes)

I get to wear pretty much whatever I want to work. Right now I'm in love with Keens, particularly these:

They're ridiculously comfortable and I've been wearing them almost every day for 8-10 months.

I hate you for owning Keens when I don't.

I wore Danskos at the shelter since I needed to look somewhat business like but was on my feet in kennels all day. I wore a hole in the soles! o_O

Now I usually wear my VFFs to work, but I am looking for some comfy, long lasting tennis shoes online - any suggestions?

Leah, choosing my shoes is one of the many perks of being self-employed. ;) My KomodoSport VFFs even match my logo! I just need shoes that aren't super susceptible to submissive pee-ers...

DON'T YOU HATE THAT? I have the same problem :rofl1:

Umm... I currently wear skate shoes to work. We don't have guidelines as long as they are mostly black
I haven't bought new shoes in years because every time I go into a store, NOTHING cute ever fits. So I wear flip flops for everyday stuff (never gets cold in mexico) and men's athletic shoes. lol

We have to wear close toed shoes. Lately I've been buying cheap flats until we move to our new building because I keep killing my shoes walking the few blocks from our garage to our old building. Only 3 more weeks though till the move and then I can just go straight from the garage and up to my floor. No more trekking across town.

I really usually go for Gianni Bini shoes. I killed my red heels today though. So sad. :(

I keep one pair of tennis shoes, one pair of flats, and one pair of heels at my desk.
