I generally don't eat breakfast either. If it's early in the day, the moment I take a bite of anything I get so nauseous feeling. Sucks because then I go to work and am starving an hour into my shift. So breakfast for me is only on days when I can eat a little later in the morning.

That sounds amazing!!!

I had coffee for breakfast. I love frozen "smart ones" egg and ham English muffins though. I wanted one but I saved my calories for lunch (salmon salad on French bread).

I didn't eat breakfast yet, it's lunch time here now but I will probably just have a bowl of honey nut cheerios.

Oh goodness, I eat a lot for breakfast. Usually I have some Greek yoghurt and fruit. And a wholegrain muffin with avocado and vegemite (or sometimes even peanut butter if I feel like.
Sometimes I have weet bix and milk and banana instead of the muffin.
Very rarely I'll mix it up with some other cereal and fruit.
And another thing I notice is a habit, although rather rare... when we have spaghetti bolognese, sometimes I leave mine for the morning because I enjoy it more. I love eating leftovers for breakfast. I tend to eat big in the morning and less so at night but only marginally I'm afraid lol.

I rarely have eggs for breakfast (I tend to have them for dinner) but I LOVE them! My absolute favourite meal to eat out is breakfast. I love just simple poached eggs on toast and all sorts of variations on this them.

Depends on blood sugar. If it's on the high end of normal, just an egg or two, maybe with some bacon or ham if I have any. If it's low, or if I'm going to be exercising, I eat some fruit, work out, then eat some protein an hour or so later.

I love eggs. I need to find more ways to make them, because they're probably the best protein source and they're cheap too!

You tried the fantastic low carb pancakes from ibreathimhungry? I can't say I'm a pancake person.. Waffles fresh from a waffle maker.. *drool* there's a reason I don't own one.. but for a while her pancake recipe really did it for me. I thought about making some today...

I bought sugar free syrup to go with them of course.. :)
I just cut all of that stuff out. It's easier not to crave it if I never have it. Like gluten free pizza. I just don't bother anymore.

I find my body doesn't like a lot of the sugar free stuff. I just feel bloaty and ill after eating much of anything sugar free. I even feel better after cutting out diet sodas. Sucks, because that doesn't leave me much of anything sweet that I can regularly have. Oh well.

I have the same issue as Renee. I eat anything with carbs and after my initial high blood sugar exhaustion fades, I'm freaking RAVENOUS again. Has to be almost entirely protein or nothing at all in the morning.

Whatever the box of cereal in the cupboard is. Pour tons of sugar on it and I'm good. At 6:30am I am not functioning at my best. I'm honestly surprised I haven't ended up eating dog food yet since I'm usually trying to feed the dogs at the same time as eating my breakfast. I only eat breakfast because I tend to skip lunch and if I don't eat either I tend to eat tons of snacks or make myself sick at dinner from eating too much.

For the past few months, I was eating greek yogurt with trail mix everyday for breakfast. It was perfect and filling and I wasn't hungry until lunch time or later..now I'm kind of sick of it and have been eating all sorts of things for breakfast, none of which have proven to be as filling as my yogurt and trail mix...I guess it's time to boil some eggs!

I ate leftover sushi today but you all would probably die of laughter watching me eat in the morning. I LOVE BREAKFAST. It's my favorite. No matter what I am eating. I tend to eat a lot of fruit for breakfast. Like two bananas followed up by an apple or two.

Tomorrow I'm having a Nature Valley Apple Crisp granola bar. It has quickly become my favorite flavor... peanut butter is a close second though!

I usually eat on my way to school because I'm always running behind on Fridays :p
