Anyone been there recently?

I have not been there since I was a young child. We are going there at the end of June for my birthday with my mom and step dad.

Tell me about it :D:D:D

Sorry, haven't been there for years and years! I spent a good chunk of my early childhood in Vermilion, Ohio so Cedar Point was only like 30 minutes away so of course we went every summer.

My daughter went a couple years ago with a gang of friends.......had a real good time, was that helpful? :rofl1:

I've been, but I was like 10 years old at the time! My parents used to love rollercoasters, and I remember that park had a good bit of them so that was why we went. I'm not too helpful, though!

If you go come visit me! I am a couple exits before on the turnpike or the highway!

It's great for kids- that's when I loved it. But as I got older my stomach could not handle the rides. I also didn't like paying for it myself lol!

If you are going to stay a couple days look into a local water park. There are many but the biggest is well worth the cost I'm just brain dead at the moment an cant think of the name of the place.

On my iPhone so cant link- its kalahari. It's like it's own little town. Think that's what it's called anyway.

I just love it out here. But Sandusky smells because of the quarry. Be prepared! Huron has a beautiful pier and nice cute little Places to eat.

My brother is the one who still loves the coasters. Until he moved till Florida last year he still had a Pass. The water park is great though!

I went in August. Pretty much my entire family lives in the Sandusky area so it works out well. :)

The friend I went with in August is a super roller coaster nut and pressured me into going on Top Thrill Dragster. It was pretty intense!

Do you love rollercoasters?

If so, it's COASTER MECCA. omg.

I went a few times in college with some buds, and they have some of the best coasters in North America. Lots of Intamin (my absolute favorite coaster company for a multitude of reasons), a solid B&M and some other stellar rides. I'm not sure about the kid aspect of it... I went to ride coasters all weekend. :D :D :D
