The Official Announcement

It's about that time.... Some of you already know but I figured I would officially announce it seeing as though I'm so dang excited I can hardly stand it at this point and have that incredible urge to tell someone, anyone who understands.

My new puppy will hopefully be born at the end of March!! Oh and it gets better... not just any puppy.... A KOOLIE puppy!

My frequent trips through Chicago last year with Zuma allowed me to meet the famous Traveler in person several times and let me tell you, he is as fantastic as Lindsey makes him out to be. The timing is good and I couldn't pass up the chance to split shipping, or the chance to get a puppy from this litter.

Not only is this a big deal for me, but it is a big deal for my husband as well. Apparently, my addiction to agility has rubbed off on him and he wants to help train and trial the new addition. He even agreed to bring her to Puppy K! My jaw about hit the floor on that one

Then when I visit the Chicago area someday, I'd better meet THREE koolies :rofl1:

Well, that would be tough because I don't live remotely close to there. I was traveling to Indiana a lot last summer so Zuma and I would stop for a mid-roadtrip play date with Linds and Traveler.

Awww, darn. I'LL HUNT YOU DOWN.

Congratulations!! That's so exciting! Now I have to plan my Chicago trip for AFTER you two get puppies....I think I've worked out a trip to hit Chicago and come bug the hell out of PW and Frodo and PUPPEH without costing an arm and a leg.

Thanks everyone! I'm so dang excited. My puppy fever has been running rampant especially since I teach a few puppy k classes. Pretty sure I was going to attempt to steal a puppy a couple weeks ago. LOL

My husband is super excited to have a dog that will hang out with him in the garage as he's working on cars. Neither of our current dogs like to do that, so I told him he better acclimate the new puppy to loud noises right away.

That we can.... I'm just dreaming for a temperamentally stable girly that is a rockstar at agility. If she's crazy colored, that's awesome. If she's solid, that's awesome too. There are pros and cons to both, I couldn't even honestly say what color I'm hoping for right now.
