NOT trying but if it happened we would be fine. I am not on BC and we don't use anything (been this way since hannah was born) but we also do "other things" when i am fertile. And we have an extremely satisfying sex life thank you lol. Makes me kind of laugh when people say " you expect me to not have sex for the rest of my life?". Are you kidding? The "other stuff" is te most fun anyway lol sorry TMI.

Our house is too small for another child but we would make it work if it happened. It is not planned but neither was hannah lol.

I am also having way too much fun with hannah at the age she is at now. I am plannjng to enjoy it with her being the only child as long as i can but everyone expecta that once she gets too old to want to PLAY with me.... Thats when i will want another lol

So yeah ... Not trying but not the end of the world and i know we would be happy either way

We'll be trying for adoption papers after Winnie turns two, but right now, we're just enjoying life as a three person, three dog family. :) After our last pregnancy, there will be no more growing inside of me, so we're being careful until Tricare will authorize tube tying, however, we do want another - but there are so many kiddos out there with no place to go and nobody to love them. We want to bring one into the love that this house holds. <3
I want to adopt too! In my late 20s to mid 30s. An older toddler to young school aged child.:)

I'm pregnant currently. Not that it's sunk in yet. I keep repeating it hoping it will become a reality.

No way!
A dog is the perfect in between for me,just the right amount of responsibility. You can't leave a baby in a crate for a few hours!
It wouldn't be the end of the world, but the end of my life :yikes:

No and no here. And now I don't feel nearly as bad thinking that I'd really rather focus on the dogs instead of have kids right now, thank you stardogs and Adrienne!! Lol. The truth is that we're not as financially stable as I'd like to have a kid right now and there are some material things I'd like to have beforehand (a new-to-me car, paid off student loans, a vacation...). It wouldn't be the end of the world if it happened but I don't really want it to either.

Hmmm... We are in the right place, financially and anything else. I did get diagnosed with PCOS last year and I made up my mind that I do want a child... And IF I am able to have one, I'd like to start trying later this year. But yeah, who knows how long that'll take. And if it doesn't, I'm open to thinking about adopting. But one thing at a time.

And yes, I am STILL shocked that I just typed this out. Lol.

Not me! I have a good friend from High School who just had a new baby (She is 38 like me) and she is doing great, but I think I am "past" it now...

I used to think I did want another, and even when my daughter was pregnant sometimes felt a pull of that paternal hormone deal saying your still young enough... You could... But now that Kolby is here, as awesome as he is.... He is a reality check!!

Hubby and I have considered when John passes, looking into Foster care, our area is screaming for stable foster families....

Ha ha heck no, were double preventing. Do I want babies, yes eventually. Being a mother is a dream of mine, but right now is not the time. If I did get knocked up right now we would be ok and could easily make it work, but honestly I want to be married first, which hopefully will be sooner than later. I'm thinking 26-27 would be a good age to try. But in reality it will probably closer till 30. I'm 24 in may so that gives me a few years of freedom. Plus I want to focus on Teagan and future Mollosser puppy, which in itself is going to be a lot of work. You get a perfect mature Mollosser at the age of three. At least that's what they tell me ha ha

Not pregnant, and not trying for maybe another 3 years! Or until I go crazy with baby fever again...LOL. My plan is to wait until Mason is 5 or 6 and Shay is 3-4 before trying again. Being pregnant while potty training, is something I never wish to experience again.

Oh and I don't know if any of you watch the new show Rob, but I thought the comment on there was hilarious the other day because the MIL was trying to convince them to have a baby. The daughter said they are not ready right now...the MIL said you get pregnant, then get ready...LOL

Not trying, not preventing.

We're financially ready and at the point where it wouldn't be (too) scary to have a child!

However, I'm really, really enjoying just spending my time with my husband. I love traveling and being able to put all my time/efforts into my relationship and dogs.

I think that 30 would be my "perfect" age for a child. By then, we'll have seen a lot of places and done the things we wanted to do without kids.

Jess' sitting service only counts for dogs. Or kids under 3. Just sayin' :p
