2-1 decision, voter bans on gay marriage unconstitutional. I know it's not over, but it's a step in the right direction.

Its a very narrow decision, which means the Supreme Court might either refuse to hear it, or uphold it . . . the Ninth thought this through . . .they are aiming for it to survive so be usable as precedent.
