I love love love kijiji

Seriously. I am not one for buying things new very often. I am find with getting things used since they are new to me and usually cheaper. Well I have been looking for a while for a treadmill. I had to stop using the recombant bike because it was causing a lot of back issues, I broke the exercise bike repeatedly till Doug couldn't fix it any more from over use and the stepper caused my knees to swell and be to painful. My doctor suggested a treadmill and swimming to be the best exercises right now for me. Walking outdoors would be better but my Agoraphobia has been flaring up so leaving the house has been very difficult. Can't even go out to the garage to get things. And couldn't go to darts last week it was so bad. So I have been on the hunt for a cheap treadmill. But the cheap ones mainly had issues everytime we would go to check them out that Doug could not fix. Till last night. I found an ad for a year old treadmill. Only a year old. It is a Tempo Fitness Treadmill 611T. Usual retail at Canadian Tire(when it is not on sale) is $999. I got this one for $170. I have used it once last night and twice so far today, 1/2hr each time and it works great. Have even had the dogs on it. Luna loves it. We put her foxy toy(favorite toy, thanks agian Ken) on the front and she jogs great. She gets very excited now when she knows she gets to get on it. Sheena likes it too so much that when it is off she sleeps on it. lol. No more worrying that when my disability is to much to handle that the dogs won't get exercise. Now we all will. I am hoping to lose 40lbs before our new pup arrives in June.

But the best part is the people we bought the treadmill from is moving at the end of this month out of province and they are selling everything. For another $200 we are getting a living room set(couch, chair, love seat) that is only a few years old, excellent condition that matchs our curtains. Plus we are getting a 40 inch tv that is a flat screen blue ray. Since we have our tenants 57 inch in the livingroom the 40 inch will go in our bedroom. Plus the stand, dvd player and such. Doug is in shock at how good I am at finding the best deals. So glad we have been saving up for this stuff. We thought we would have to save for at least a year or two to get all this but thanks to this deal we don't.

So do you guys prefer to buy new or new to you? I defiantly prefer New to me when I can. What is the best deal you have found so far? My best deal is still the pool table for $50 but this is still way up there. lol

Here are the pictures of the new livingroom set that we got for a steal on Kijiji. We sold most of our previous mix and matched set on there as well so really didn't pay much out of pocket for this set.








We love it. THey are sooo comfortable and the dark brown is the same dark brown on my curtains. So everything matchs. We get the rest of the stuff on the 26th.

THanks so much. We love it. The couch is a tad shorter then our other one but it is way more comfortable.

Ha ha yes, I loke Kijiji. Right now Im searching for a nice wood table. So im always on there looking. You can get some great deals.

And the living room set looks awesome

I am on daily. My friends all come to me if they want something found for cheap. They know I am good at finding the great deals. Right now I am focusing on looking for a queen size bed frame.

Ha ha maybe I should get you to keep a look out for me.

Right now, since we just bought a house Im looking for living room stuff and a kitchen table. I really don't think were gonna buy anything new until we need it. I try to look on kijiji everyday, the only issue is picking up the stuff.
