I LOVE old dog photo's! I own more than a half dozen Welsh Corgi league handbooks, a couple from America, MANY general old books, newer (but ever aging) books with old photo's, a few coffee table books of vintage and antique photo's, did I mention I LOVE old photo's? LOVE! <3

I just found this one yesterday, a long hair Beauceron!

I have a saved image somewhere on a USB stick of one of my all time favorite Pemmies! Let me see if I can find it...

EDIT: I found where I uploaded it somewhere else before, here's "Teekay Diadem", one of the best looking Pems, IMO, ever (A bit long in hock, a little strait in shoulder, but other wise my dream dog!).

This one really struck me as I see show type Bostons fairly regularly. This dog (1910) has a short muzzle but nothing like what we see today

I like the old Setters
Irish Setter(1890)

English Setter (1901)

1895 Flat-Coat looks a lot like today's. And I love the name.

This dog is from a prominent kennel in her day (1905)

Another (1915) which coincides with the first Golden Retriever in the collection. Fittingly, I believe this is also the last FCR picture... :(

Any did anyone else see this one? lol!

i'm pretty sure the second pic is a bullmastiff from that period. the pug face on bullmastiffs didn't become common until after WWII.

A friend of mine collects old pics like these. A lot of hers are really cool in that they're family portraits and things. Some really neat mixed breeds and all sorts of strange people in the pictures too, lol.

Probably my all time favorite, early 1900s. This dog looks like it could be from Quinn's breeder. Beautiful!

And the picture that started it all! 1949 Robert and "Teddy". So Quinn-like

Loving all these photos. I wish I had a bunch of old Border Collie photos so I could frame them around my house.
