Half of me wanted shake my head ...the other half really really really wanted to laugh lol

" A guy came up to me at the gym and asked me what event I was training so hard for. Life, mother****er."

"- You’re going to Hell in just about any religion.
- First class, baby…"

I have heard worse unfortunately.. and in less funny ways.. so honestly, I don't doubt that they are really overheard conversations.
and with an uncle that works at Merill Lynch.. I know he has told me similar things people say around the office, in fact, MUCH WORSE things people say around the office.

You've just gotta laugh at these kinds of things because honestly.. douchebagginess is an incurable disease and if you continue to think too hard about the human race/things people say, your head will explode.

I can't manage to laugh, because I have too much of an urge to track down the people saying most of that stuff and smack them silly.

I have to admit I giggled at some and goggled at others.

It must be nice to live in such an insular world.

I found many of them funny. BUT I would say crude wannabe alpha male humour. Many of the comments (not all) seem like they would be said by people with low self esteem, or the sort that have feelings of inadequacy..

NOT alpha traits...

I actually think its more of a group identification thing rather than a low self-esteem thing.

But yeah, these are young guys puffing. Which makes them douchebags (an expression I hate, actually, but nothing else works). And I still think they need a good smack.

How do we know these are young guys?

The sexist humor is pretty typical. It's the ones of this ilk, that show just how they view the serfs of the world:
Walking around the protesters outside makes me feel like how a black guy must feel in the gym shower.
Almost time for children to learn a valuable life lesson. Santa loves rich kids more.
Yah, these guys are some of the uglies of the world. No matter what their ages.
