Sorry, but she lost any support I'd feel for her when I read the bolded part:

Do I feel sorry for the dog? Of course. But not for her.

Yup. You buy from a pet store, you lose any right to whine. Take your lumps, take care of your dog.
exactly my opinion. And this is coming from some one with a pet store dog. I didnt do reaserch, I didnt think about consequences from buying from such a place. Id never whine if Blaze has a issue resulting from poor breeding. Ill feel horrile for him. but Im not going to court over this. This woman is just sue happy. if she did some reaserch she would have known about proper breeding. And so would have I, lucky now I know, and hopefully she does too
