This picture makes me giggle from Classic's trial last weekend. He looks more like a horse clearing that jump than a dog.

Lovely expression and nicely turned out. Though he's a little flat. His knees are nice and tight but for those hunter judges to pin him you NEED to get him basculing!! lol.

Unless he's an eq mount, then the flat is just fine, but then he needs a little monkey on his back.

:D

First of all, he is gorgeous. *drooling* (Fabulous figure, too. I see so many fat danes. :()

Second, I totally wanna put a monkey rider on his back!

And third, in all seriousness, do you get "Is that a dog or a horse?" "You should put a saddle on that thing!" comments? I used to get that with my rotties, and they're not as big a dane. Drove me nuts. They all were so amused with themselves like they were the first to ever think of that comment.

Thanks! He's gotta stay trim to run agility otherwise he'd injure himself. Fat danes are all the rage in the breed ring though.

I do get those comments all the time. And the people that hold up traffic so they can stop and chat. I try to be nice but apparently I suck at it. :p
