How often do you give your dog(s) a bath?

Tiffany should get one every week, but I've been lazy and I've been doing it about every other week. Giving her a bath with conditioner really helps keep her coat from matting.

Whenever they start to smell or I can feel their coat is getting really icky. Maybe every other month or so?
Payton got a bath pretty much right after he got here, I haven't given him another yet, and he doesn't need another yet.
Auggie got a bath... uhhh... oh! The weekend before I got Payton, he got into something and we had to make him throw up, and he smelled bad because it got all over him. So a little over two months for both, and neither needs one yet.

Duncan hates water, won't even play in it. So I give him wet towel baths. It sucked when he got hit by that skunk.

I give Cameron a bath about every other month. I love her doggy smell, but her coat can feel greasy after a while. I just towel dry her, and then she runs around and slips all over the floors and gets Duncan all worked up.

Every few weeks... But only because they like to jump in the bath with me / tub with Winnie. :eyeroll:

Rarely...only when needed as in they get into something and are obviously dirty.

The beauty of wash and wear dogs is that all I need to to is wash and towel dry :D

Shar Pei and Basenji are also rather clean breeds so they usually keep themselves pretty clean. If Menchi ever develops any skin issues I will start a more regular regime with medicated shampoo for her.

I wash every 3-4 weeks usually. I would like to wash every 2 weeks but somehow I end up being too lazy or busy or just forget.

In the summer I throw her outside to run and fetch until she dries. If it's raining or in the winter, I lay out 4 or 5 towels on the floor and play fetch indoors and she'll rub herself on the towels until she's kind of dry.

If it's really really cold I might choose to blow dry her but it takes FOREVER and I hate doing it.

Usually once a month, or maybe every two months. Sako usually ends up getting bathed more, since he has to get them before every show.

I towel them all off a bit and throw them in their crates afterward to dry, nice and easy!

Oh yeah, I forgot to answer the drying question, LOL. I have the Metro Quickdraw Forced Air Dryer. I use that unless it's warm out, in which case I just let them run amok in the yard until they dry.

In the summer/spring once a month. In the winter/fall, every other month, or if they're stinky. My cat gets a bath more often than the dogs do.

About every other week. He gets dingy-looking extremely easily.

I just towel him down for a couple minutes, and then he runs around like crazy throughout the house which dries him off a bit more lol.

About once a month for Enzo, probably closer to every three weeks. She comes to work with me quite often and gets stinky from playing with everyone else. Simon got a bath when he got here, and he's probably going to get another one next week, he still smells a bit.

I use a HV dryer at work on Enzo, Simon I haven't yet, but I will. Ozzy either towel dries or I use a regular hair dryer on him in the winter. He doesn't come to work with me, so I can't HV dry him.

I do NOT let them outside until they are 100% dry because they are jerks and will go roll in the dirt/grass to dry off. :p

For those of you who use forced air dryers or similar machines to dry the dogs off, how loud are they? Compared to say a human hair dryer?

I would totally just let Frodo run like a crazy fool around the house to get dry, but it's not my carpet, furniture, etc that he would be getting all wet :p

It's pretty loud. Like, a lot louder than a human hair dryer. Enzo does not like it, but she tolerates it. I think Oz would flip out. Simon, I dunno yet lol.
