My husband, who is very much a morning person, is working from home today...and he's singing Backstreet Boys songs. I am not a morning person and wish to hurt him.
I'm definitely a morning person. I get up very early just because I'm bored lying there in bed. I do require at least one cup of coffee and then I'm absolutely zippy, rarin' to go. By evening, I tend to get all wilty.
I'm a night person... I get my second wind around 10pm. If left to my own devices I'm up until 3 or 4AM.
But the "real world" doesn't work like that so I drug myself to sleep so I can be up at 7am. And I'm not happy about it. =P I can be awake that early but I pretty much want to be left alone until I ACTUALLY wake up LOL.
I'm not sure. I hate getting up early, but once I'm up, I'm glad I am. That way there is more time in the day to do stuff. And I'm not really a night owl. I like to be in bed by 11pm at the latest, and the only reason I ever stay up later than that is because I know I won't be able to sleep if I got up too late in the morning.
I love mornings, I love nights, and I sleep in the afternoon
I HATE sleeping in, it makes me feel lazy. My schedule is usually: get up at 7:30 AM, sleep at 3 PM, wake up at 5 PM, go to bed at 2 AM, rinse and repeat.
I can wake up at 5 or 6 and be totally ready to start my day. But I can also stay up till 3 am or 4.. Sometimes pulling an all nighter. I prefer nights though.
As of right now over half of us are night owls...if that holds true for the general population, why the hell do we have to function on a morning person's schedule? Places should open at noon and close at 4am

since I haven't really found a job since moving here, I could indulge my nigh owl-ness, but I do try to force myself to keep with my husbands schedule. Yuck. Maybe that's why I never accomplish anything? If it were up to me, I'd do all the things between like 11:30- 2:00am
I am a bartender... so obviously for work I am a night owl. If I have to be up in the morning, I can be no problem, but generally, I sleep through the day. The sun gives me migraines, so I try to stay out of it.
I was going to pick the third option, because I don't really like either. I like to wake up on my own terms and go to bed on my own terms. I'm MORE active at night though. So I picked night.
I voted that I hate being awake, lol. I guess I'm more of a night person, but I can't stay awake indefinitely. I also can't sleep in super late. Between 10 and 11 is enough for me.
I absolutely cannot function in the mornings. Once I'm "awake" I'm alright, but that initial burst of realizing you are up before the sun is...yah, no. I'm miserable upon waking up. But, I also don't like to stay up too late and I get grumpy. I'd much, much rather stay up at night and sleep in the next morning, though.
My best time to sleep? Going to bed around 11:00pm-1:00am, and then getting up around 8:30-10:00am.
