On the inside of course. Also, what kind of air freshener do you use if you use one?

My car smells like york peppermint patties right now. I have a little fox Scentportable from Bath and Body Works right now and i have the mint chocolate scent in. It's not as overpowering as i expected thankfully lol.

Don't really use air fresheners in the car unless it's stinky for some reason.

My car smells like Crayola Crayons all on it's own. That's the natural smell of a Beetle. I have had this verified by other Beetle owners, and regular passengers regularly ask about it.

Route 66 from Scentsy.

And when that runs out, a combo of dog and horse :p

Mostly Route 66 though.

It's certain years of VWs. I believe it's the type of glue that was used. Mk4s usually smell like crayons, too, but mine was one of the first produced and thankfully doesn't smell like that. Lol.

I use Sparkling Cranberry Little Trees. Sweet Pear and Mango also smell pretty good.

Air fresheners make me sick lol My car smells like dirty dogs! Though, my windows are open all the times, so you can't really tell!

Dog, horse sweat and leather. Dog smell from Quinn obviously, and horse sweat and leather from the saddle, pad, and sidepull that is currently living in the SUV (I don't keep my tack at the barn my 2 year old at, so I have to haul it back and forth)

The Escape still has new car smell, although we've had it for 2 years now. I guess that's because we use my Wrangler for all the stinky stuff :rofl1: Right now, I took off all the windows and the doors and it smells like whatever it smells like outside :)

It varies. It only smells like dog after a trip where the pups get wet, other times it smells like dog treats, nothing, wood, warm vinyl, dust, etc.

Dogs, muck, coffee (always being spilled) and vanilla. I spray my car down with vanilla scent and it usually helps it out for a week. Then it starts to stink again. Sigh.

I'll take horse sweat and leather over the majority of artificial scents any day :D

Clean Volkswagen. :p No crayon scent as far as I've noticed, but I've never been in a MK4 that reeked like crayons so it's possible that it does and I've never noticed it.

Dogs. When it rains, wet dogs.

(And yes, that's without the dogs physically being in the car :( )

It USED to smell like sweaty Army gear... Now that Jon has his OWN freaking car, though, it smells like CinnaBerry air freshener and Dark Kiss Bath and Body Works lotion because that's what I use and I spilled some on the seat yesterday. :D LoL
